Pros:

Cons:

There was lounge/bar/restaurant open- it was under construction, but online when I booked it they said it was open.

I paid so much for this hotel because of the dinning and bar area. IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION THE ENTIRE TIME!

A very nice hotel
Pros:

It was cost efficient, they are 15 mins away from PWM and they offer shuttle service 24hrs. They are also right in the middle and walking distance from everything. This was such a good stay. Everything was lovely. I’m actually disappointed in myself that I missed breakfast because I had to catch my flight lol.

Great Stay
Pros:

Great experience. Everyone working there was so friendly and accommodating. The location was great, the beds are comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The valet service was easy and they even provided a shuttle to the restaurant.

Pros:

Our room was excellent, with a comfortable layout and a beautiful water and architecture view. We were very impressed with Feven, who was friendly and gracious checking us on and who made sure we had a nice room.

I could hear absolutely everything everyone was doing in both rooms above me and beside me. Flushing the toilet in the opposite room woke me up multiple times. Cheep

Great location in the Old Port area
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good for a basic included breakfast, and the staff was friendly. We were able to walk everywhere very easily, including to Twelve for dinner, which was about a 15-20 minute walk. There were always other people walking around, and we never felt unsafe - even when we walked home around 10:30 p.m.

Note: the lobby and breakfast area are being renovated, so the public spaces are a little more cramped and functional.

Great time even w/ bed squeak
Pros:

Location was AMAZING… room was great except the bed squeak and toilet flushing issue.. had a great time.. just wish we didn’t have to rearrange the room to sleep.
