Superb location with awesome suites and staff.
Pros:

Ask for room #702 - the best of the suites. Superb location and $45 pd for valet parking is competitive with other ‘providers.’ Awesome staff.

If you're staying in Portland, no need to stay anywhere else
Pros:

Helpful reception staff, great location, really nice room with super comfortable bed. Wasn't expecting the free shuttle to the airport, which was a nice surprise.

My room was exceptional. Clean, organized, the bed was so comfortable and I felt safe. The balcony was beautiful.

Highly recommend and would stay there again
Pros:

The service was excellent. Room was extremely clean. Cleaning staff was very pleasant to deal with. Front desk person, Jim, was a godsend. He gave us a lot of information about the area and places to go.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was under construction when we got there, but other than that met every expectation

No hot water and when I alerted the desk clerk as I was checking out. She made a vague observation that she would get somebody on it, but did not suggest any kind of compensation for the cold shower.
