L’emplacement, le lit King Size

L’attente pour récupérer la voiture malgré la possibilité de prévenir avant le voiturier

Arrivée le soir tard et devoir faire le lit de mes enfants qui étaient dans le canapé lit. La réservation était pour 4 personnes je ne comprends pas pourquoi quand on arrive la chambre et les lits ne sont pas préparés . Le canapé est plié et les draps sont dans le meuble ! Pas suffisamment d’oreiller ni de serviettes pour la douche.
