Pros:

Location is great, as a female solo traveller, I'm comfortable with the area as it's on the main road, walking at night is not too dangerous (but please still be cautious). It is walking distance to Platinum Mall, Centralworld and BIG C, and is on the same row as a lot of massage parlours. You can easily walk to the nearest station as well in about 10mins.

The room and bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Easy to access with a card. They provide an extension for you, along with towels and hairdryer. Toothbrush and indoor shoes can also be requested. I didn't need to bring much items, thanks to the convenience of having these items already prepared for me.

Cons:

- Walls are a bit thin, you can hear into people's room (but muffled) when you're walking to/out from your room. No issue with stray noises from the room though.
- The only mirror is in the bathroom. I needed to style my hair for an event but there was no mirror near where the plugs were 🥲

Great place, maybe not best spot
Pros:

Clean, easy to check in, good coffee bar, watch suitcases for you

Cons:

Hot water slowly got colder over time. Location is necessary to take grab to get to unless you want to heat stroke on dragging luggage.
