Location is excellent! Right next to South Yarra Railway Station. There is everything you need in the apartment. Washer and dryer a bonus after travelling😊
The kitchen needs an upgrade. Some water damage under the dishwasher.
The glass balustrades need a clean. There were lots of spider webs. 😔
No smoking on the balcony
This was a great place to stay. Lots of restaurants in the area. The train station was right next to the hotel, which is great for getting around Melbourne. The windows are double glazed so there was no external noise in the room. It was clean & spacious with a great balcony and views. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They even offered us an umbrella when it was raining.
There was nothing to complain about.
Great place to stay, with friendly staff & management; nice views of city from room & having train station right there beside the hotel is great as it is not far from city. Tram stop right there as well in front of station. Nice street for shopping & food etc & a short walk if you wish to shop at Woollies, BigW etc.

location next to south Yarra train station. Perfect set-up with decent size living room . washing machine and dryer were very easy to use.
Had a great stay at this apartment in South Yarra, VIC. The location is incredibly convenient—public transport is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Melbourne. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, so finding good food was never an issue.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay. It offered excellent value for money, especially considering how central and accessible it is.

No safe in the room. More could have been made of rooftop area. A few umbrellas would have been nice and a plunge pool !
I arrived 3pm for a 3 night stay that I'd booked and fully paid for 6 weeks earllier, only to be told they didn't have my reservation and they were full for the next 2 nights. On investigation they discovered I'd been logged as a 'no show" for the previous month. I was told they had had a systems problem the day my booking was made and they'd had to redo the booking manually. Inaccurately it was input for February instead of March.They offerred me accommodation in their other premises but the location was a 20-30 minute commute on public transport so not suitable. I asked for and was immediately given a refund. Thank goodness I was able to secure the last available room in another place a short walk away.
Service second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Warm, welcoming and professional staff. Amazing location. Will be staying here every trip from now on.

The sofas are dirty and uncomfortable. Not a comfortable experience to sit on dirty sofas with stains.
