When we arrived at the hotel we were allocated a room that already had a guest in it. Luckily we did not walk in on them while they were there. The room that I was allocated had a view of the walls of the adjoining buildings and nothing else. The room rate should be adjusted to take account of those rooms that only look out onto the walls. Lastly I was bitten by bed bugs and erupted in red welts all over my body which are still there days after my trip. When I notified the hotel staff and told them they did not seem concerned at all
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this place. The customer service was above and beyond — genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced.
I’m currently on crutches, and the way they accommodated my accessibility needs was incredible. The manager, Nish, literally walked all the way to the car park (half a block away!) to make sure I had assistance. Not once did it feel inconvenient — if anything, he seemed genuinely happy to help with anything I needed.
The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully set up and really functional. The bed? So comfortable. Housekeeping was outstanding.
Most of all, it just felt like they were on my team. So kind, so attentive, and so generous with their care.
I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We did not even stay. Checked in and the place was repulsive so had to book somewhere else. Avoid like the plague that is likely in the bathroom of the place

Stayed 13 nights would have liked towels and sheets changed before the 8 day
Location very good for all amenities. So very helpful staff also with an attached coffee bar with food available. Very comfy bed and quiet room. Assisted with luggage then storage whilst picking up rental car.

Fabulous facilities in the room, Great to have a separate bedroom. Small and perfectly formed kitchen. Bathroom excellent. Reception person very friendly and helpful.

No soap in dispenser
Location was near Toorak st and Chapel St for everything you could need. Right next to South Yarra train station which was v convenient and ok if you like the sound of trains. You can walk to the Botanical Gardens from here. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.
Although we enjoyed our stay it did feel a bit like student accommodation.
