A welcome first night in Australia
Pros:

Location very good for all amenities. So very helpful staff also with an attached coffee bar with food available. Very comfy bed and quiet room. Assisted with luggage then storage whilst picking up rental car.

Pros:

Fabulous facilities in the room, Great to have a separate bedroom. Small and perfectly formed kitchen. Bathroom excellent. Reception person very friendly and helpful.

It’s all about location and ease of using public transport.
Pros:

Location was near Toorak st and Chapel St for everything you could need. Right next to South Yarra train station which was v convenient and ok if you like the sound of trains. You can walk to the Botanical Gardens from here. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Although we enjoyed our stay it did feel a bit like student accommodation.

Great Coffee shop at the entrance!
9th Floor had a great view and lots of light
Great to have a washing machine & Dryer

First apartment wasn't cleaned well, 2nd better
Both apartments had items missing (e.g. Tea pot)
Both apartments had items broken (e.g. Dishwasher, Fridge door cupboard attachment, Toilet seat replacement wrong size)

Average accommodation in a great location!
Pros:

Great location, close to eateries, park and station.
Staff were helpful.
Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was first floor so a bit dark, dingy and noisy. Room rate expensive for the level of accommodation but it was Aus Open week. Kitchen missing a few items such as teaspoons etc.

The location, close to the railway station, restaurants and shops. We've been coming here annually for six years. The staff is always welcoming; good to meet the new manager, Nishantha. Comfortable rooms, with washing machine and dryer which make it convenient for longer stays. Foxtel TV.

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Woke up in the middle of the night and had been attacked by some form of insect/bug. Covered head to toe in golf ball size welts.
Room was right next to the elevator shoot so could hear that going all night and the window and balcony looked right at a big brick wall so no natural light.

The location is fantastic, wasy access to the city via train or tram and near to a host of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, liquor stores, fast food, nail bars and massages....
