Enttäuschung pur

Parkplätze vor dem Haus (kosten wenigstens nicht extra)

Leider war unser gesamter Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend.

Bereits am Vorabend unserer Anreise hatten wir telefonisch angefragt, ob ein weiteres Zimmer reserviert werden könne. Dies wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Umso verwunderlicher war es, dass uns am Anreisetag problemlos ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde, nachdem sich herausstellte, dass die Tür unseres ursprünglich zugewiesenen Zimmers nicht abschließbar war.

Zusätzlich mussten wir am Anreisetag erfahren, dass für unseren Hund 25 € pro Nacht berechnet werden – für größere Hunde sogar 50 € pro Nacht. Diese hohen Zusatzkosten standen in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung.

Mehrere angekündigte Einrichtungen standen nicht zur Verfügung: Die Bowlingbahn war geschlossen, und nahezu jede Leistung war kostenpflichtig. Im Zimmer selbst gab es lediglich eine einzige Steckdose, die zudem schwer auffindbar unter dem Tisch angebracht war.

Das Ersatzzimmer verfügte über zwei Einzelbetten, die wir selbst zusammenschieben mussten. Da ich selbst in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel tätig bin, weiß ich, wie mit solchen Situationen professionell umzugehen wäre – das hier entsprach diesem Standard in keiner Weise.

Auch der Restaurantbereich hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck: Das Restaurant war am Abend lediglich bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, und die verschmutzte Tischdecke wurde nicht gewechselt. Am folgenden Abend saßen wir erneut am selben Tisch – der Fleck war unverändert vorhanden.

Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt weder unseren Erwartungen noch dem angegebenen Standard. Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
