Great location, value for money, great service, attentive staff
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good, attentive staff.

Cons:

Nothing, the service was great. One day my room hadn't been made when I returned, however once I notified reception, it was cleaned within 15 minutes, which was very responsive.

Passable, Ok for a day or two & need to stay close to Malioboro
Pros:

-Excellent location - very close to Malioboro.
-Cheap & fast laundry service from hotel.
-Good breakfast. Actually bit better than some of our hotels that we stayed at Yogya.
-Good internet, no problem at all.
-Helpful staff.

Cons:

-The street to hotel is so narrow & congested, small parking space & difficult to park the car. This hotel will be best for backpackers or travelers without car.
- We got rooms on level 5 which close to the hotel's cafe at that floor. Unfortunately we can smell of cigarettes/smokes in our rooms (from the cafe?).
- The rooms were outdated, unfortunately our bathrooms were smelly (does the exhaust/ventilation ever work?) . Also the towels were smelly. Due to small room, the bed was close to bathroom and toilets, only separated by glass window.
- Bit pricey for budget hotels.
- Not enough lights in the room at night - we only had desk lamp to make our room bit brighter.
- Noise from pedestrian crossing indicators (there is nothing that the Hotel can do about it though.)

Cons:

The front office staff are too rigid with the rules and not flexible. Transportation is also a bit difficult because some roads are closed.

Great location, shame the room looked like it gave up years ago.
Pros:

Located right along Malioboro Street, with a convenience store next door. Drinking water is provided, the staff are friendly and polite, and the air conditioning works well.

Cons:

The hotel feels worn out and overused. The bathroom wasn’t well-maintained, with dirty and unpolished edges, and the shower didn’t work properly. The bed sheets were stained, no extra pillows were provided, and the room itself felt quite small. Only one chair was provided, which made the space even less practical.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderfully situated for those like me who like to be able to just step out and be in the central city area and in walking distance of the places I love .. kraton, Tugu station, Marlioboro shopping, Beringharjo market etc.
And it's reasonably priced.

Cons:

No beer!
