Cons:

The cost was ridiculous for one night and the room we got. We think prices were double because fringe, Ed Sheeran concert & Adelaide cup was on that weekend.

A well-situated hotel providing very good accommodation for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was close to public transport, good shopping, in the centre of the CBD and many sites.
Never had to wait long for a lift. Room serviced daily.

It was ok for 1 night, expensive for what you get
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Room was small for the high price. Uncomfortable for two people. No room for bag storage.
We were told no breakfast and had to fix it up at reception as initially told it was included.
Dining area not very comfortable or appealing, nowhere to sit comfortably.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, short walk to Rundle Mall, and Rundle Street restaurants, Fringe etc. Supermarket a few minutes walk aswell - comfy beds and rooms, parked a few doors away in paid multi story car parking ($32 a night). Staff were great, great for price of hotel. Nice comfy hotel

Great value for money and fantastic staff.
Pros:

Great service, helpful staff and the property is in a fantastic location. It was close to the Uni of Adelaide where my daughter studies and also close to my office. Rundle Mall is just a minute away and so is Rundle street, where there is a lot of food and shopping. Perfect location and a great, comfortable hotel.

Cons:

I had an issue with the bathroom sink. The staff was responsive to come by and try to fix it. However, when it didn't work as expected, the hotel moved me to a different room and moved all my stuff themselves. This is very good service. They also helped me do a late checkout upon request which was super helpful. Thank you team Ibis! I am going to stay in the same hotel the next time I go to Adelaide.
