Motel 6-San Marcos, TX

Pésimo lugar, sucio, instalaciones demasiado viejas y descuidadas, nunca volvería ni lo recomendaría. Nada que ver com otros de la misma cadena.

Que tuve que pagar doble la aplicacion de booking cobro y no aparecio en el hotel el pago, y ahora tengo que hacer el reclamo a booking...

The other motel guests were extremely loud and disrespectful throughout the night. They were banging very loudly on doors and yelling at each other. It was impossible to sleep.

Also, the algae growing on the sidewalk from the air conditioner condensate drain dripping, made the sidewalk dangerously slippery. Almost fell down because of this.

Rooms was filthy throughout, facility was run down. It looked like nobody really cared

Staff wasn’t bad, they were friendly. BUT The room was disgustingly dirty. There was a visible stain (that literally looked like poop) on the “fixed” bed. So that means housekeeping fixed the bed, saw the nasty stain and said “ah that’s fine” and left it. The floors were coated in a grimey haze as if mopped with super dirty water, the bathroom floors were not swept, there was long hair all over the floor. The bed that I did sleep in had a bunch of crumbs/dirt on it, the tub was so nasty I had to use a towel to step on. The shower curtain needs to be thrown away it was so dingy. I understand the price is affordable, and it’s definitely not the cheapest place I’ve stayed but it was by far the dirtiest place I’ve stayed. I wouldn’t take my kids here.. if you’re alone and just need a place to lay your head for the night, and you’re kinda of rugged and don’t care about a clean room, this is an okay stay. If you’re a family with small kids and looking for an affordable spot for a vacation or something. Spend the extra money and get something better for your family.

The staff was so rude I had 3 rooms all rooms only has sheets on the beds no blankets I asked for blankets and they had none and when they got some they were so thin no quilt no shampoo and conditioner barely any towels and when I asked for extra towels I was refused towels then my daughter took them the dirty towels to get more she was how do they know the towels were from there. So crazy I don’t know how any place can have a crappy staff like this. I have never been treated like this at any motel before and only 1 wash cloth. Bed bugs and nasty but I paid my days in advance and refused a refund.

Only 1 night stand for 2 people.

Property is rundown. Laundry door broke. The outside of the property is completely false advertising to the pictures that are shown on website of property and booking.com

I canceled reservation before cut off deadline and still got charged. We did not like site of hotel. Appeared dirty and unsafe .
