Pros:

Great female night staff. Good location and lighting in parking lot.
WORST BED EVER and sad pillows- need to be replaced immediately. Room #148. Rough night. Got bites on the back of my neck within minutes of laying down.

Pésimo todo , no lo recomiendo a nadie ni para pasar una noches . La habitación sucia y con un olor horrible , el ambiente es pésimo y da miedo hospedarse ahí , estuvimos solo 1 noche de pasada y no pudimos ni dormir de la música fuerte y el griterío de la gente que parece vivir en el hotel .

Well, my room the heater in the air conditioner did not work correctly. I reserved a room with two beds. They put me in a room with one bed because they didn’t have any smoking rooms with the two bed option. I was in the same room for three weeks I was charged three different prices. I had no fridge no microwave cause I requested a fridge in the microwave. That was the room I originally was supposed to be in but when I got there, they said they didn’t have any smoking ones so I couldn’t go in that room so they put me in a room with one queen bed, but I was never charged the correct amount I was charged three different prices. I don’t understand why I would like something to be done about this. The facility was dirty Like the heater the air conditioner don’t work or see. Just everything you know the toilet. It was not a good stay. I didn’t have a good time. It was irritating not having a heater or air conditioner for the different types of weather that I had to go through. And I had nowhere to store food or make it

The staff at the front desk is super helpful. We booked two rooms and he did his best to find us two rooms on the first floor that are close to each other.

Cons:

The room has strong sanitizer smells when we got in. Everything in the room looks crappy and hairs on the floor.
