Justine
Everything else. It looked like all the furniture had water damage. There was roaches and flies and it was in a bad area. There were people outside screaming on the phone. There was a crack where you could see sunlight coming in my door don't go there unless you need to
Not much to like
Price gouging, pool was filthy, curtains didn’t close properly, loose floor boards sticking up to trip over, bath had never been cleaned properly, room was supposed to have been made up but had to get house keeping to get towels, smoke detector removed and sitting in cupboard, rooms smelt very stale
Nothing
The room was nasty, there were burn marks on the tub and the counters. The lamp shade by the bed was disgusting. There were stains on the towels. The whole room was disgusting. We chose to find another hotel. The water in the pool was green. The building was falling apart. There was a hole big enough in the upper walkway that you could see the wood frame. The pictures online were a lie.
Nothing
The entire facility was needing repairs. Rooms were dirty and smelled
It was a place to sleep
The location felt unsafe, the structure of the building seemed unsafe. The stairs had cracks and some were replaced with 2x4s. The top of the stairs felt wobbly and unsteady. The people in the room next to us we think were living there, smoked pot and the smell filled our room. In the room the lamps we had to screw and unscrew the light bulbs to turn them off and on and there was no chairs to sit on. The staff that checked us in was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but said the manager told her no the other rooms had already been assigned to other guests and that if we had any complaints we could take them to her the following morning. We chose to let it go because there were no vacancies in the entire area due to the event in town. Also there was no ice machine, no way to keep anything cold, and the pool was disgusting. We paid $459.40 for a 2 night stay, that is not a great deal for what we got. I feel people were taken advantage of due to the lack of availability of other options.
The room was cold
Everything was old, messed up...our bathroom was so bad...our bathroom door wouldn't even close, the frame was all broken...the toilet cover didn't even fit
Front desk lady was very professional.
The TV wasn't picking up chanls
Location
Everything was broken terrible maintenance and repair and upkeep
Availability
In four days no room service
Nothing. I checked out. I better have gotten money back. I was onky there for a hour
No ice. No laundry. Completely dilapidated. I'm suprised it's not condemned. Not kidding. That place is awful.
It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Motel 6 should take their name off this place immediately.
It was topped off by being told to "just get out!" by the person I was trying to get a checkout deposit return receipt from.
Heater wasn’t working
It’s location
The staff was unprofessional
Somewhat quiet at night?
Where do I begin? Nearly every light was out in the room, I slipped twice in the shower because of how old and unmaintained it was. There was a roach infestation. Most baseboards were peeling away. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke. I could go on.
