Well places hotel, nice rooms.
Pros:

It was a nice location, clean and proper and very close to nice attractions within Bandung, being this close to the main restaurant and cafe street helped a lot make the experience better.

Cons:

The pool was a bit small if there were quite a few people joining in, and there wasn't as much of a view, despite it being on the rooftop. Otherwise, the rooms were quite large and spacious. There wasn't as much light coming through on the side of the building our rooms were on, and not as soundproof as expected, but not overall a bad experience.

Prima verblijf.
Pros:

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Koelkast en waterkoker aanwezig. Kamer was schoon, en geen last gehad van geluid overlast. Behalve uiteraard moskee maar daar ontkom je in java niet aan. Erg fijn vonden wij ook dat er een handdouche aanwezig was. Bedden waren prima. Airco was goed. Water kon je onbeperkt bijvullen op de gang. We hadden een leuk uitzicht op Brag street en de locatie was dan ook geweldig.

Cons:

Kamer was helaas wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar praktisch. Het zwembad was eigenlijk meer voor kinderen. Dus echt een kinderbad. Helaas ook niet echt sfeervol en weinig ligbedden en mogelijk heden om te zonnen.

De locatie is fantastisch. Het ontbijt is lekker (vooral gericht op Indonesiërs). De lobby is mooi. Personeel is heel aardig.

Cons:

De kamer is vies. Het afvoerputje stinkt enorm, zeker zodra je gaat douchen en dan stinkt je hele kamer. Als je "classic braga view" hebt, zie je helemaal niks van de straat Braga, maar kijk je wel uit op een moskee. In de lift hoor je muziek en als je kamer naast de lift zit, dan hoor je de liftmuziek door de muur heen. Het zwembad is klein en het is niet een superleuke plek om te zijn.

Pros:

Before focusing on sustainability initiatives, the hotel must first meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service. Reusing linens or reducing laundry may support sustainability, but guests should never receive stained bed sheets. Both my bed and my daughter’s bed had stained sheets, and I had to call the Front Office to have them replaced.

Sustainability should never be used at the expense of hygiene or guest comfort. Please ensure that all rooms, linens, and amenities are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive.

Cons:

Our stay was completely unacceptable and far below even the most basic hotel standards.

Upon arrival, no luggage trolley or assistance was provided, forcing us to carry all our luggage to the room ourselves. The carpet was filthy, and the room was dusty. Even worse, both my bed sheet and my daughter’s bed sheet had visible stains. I immediately called the Front Office to report this and requested that the sheets be replaced. Finding stained sheets on two separate beds is unbelievable and raises serious concerns about whether the rooms are properly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive.

The windows provided almost no sound insulation, and loud outside noise disturbed us from around 4:30–5:00 a.m. The service was equally poor. When I wanted to buy a coffee, nobody was available because the staff member had apparently left to deliver food upstairs. A hotel facility should not simply be left unattended.

Unfortunately, this was not my first terrible experience with the HARRIS brand. I also went to HARRIS Hotel Summarecon Bekasi, but the room was in such poor condition—and I found hair in it—that I refused to stay and cancelled the entire booking. I have photographs and videos documenting the conditions at both properties.

The security staff at Kimaya Braga were the only employees who were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel failed in cleanliness, room maintenance, guest assistance, and basic service. After these two experiences, I have completely lost confidence in the HARRIS brand. I will never stay at a HARRIS hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Just really okay!
Pros:

Great location; beginning of Braga street but without the hustle. Friendly personnel. We got connected rooms. Espially at Sundays Braga is great.

Cons:

Swimming pool-photo is exaggerated: it's way smaller than it looked on photo.
