Economic, comfortable and conveniently located.
Pros:

The staff were good. The Bangladeshi workers very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The lifts were inadequate. At busy time it was long queue for the lift.
The decor was very outdated. The decor needs updating.

CLOSE THIS HOTEL DOWN. SHIT, DISGUSTING, FILTHY
Pros:

Nothing. It’s absolutely disgusting, poor hygiene and staff are useless. I asked for a refund / cancellation and they did not help at all

Cons:

The room was smelly, bedsheets had bits on it and not properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, even on the Quran. Avoid this please, I left next morning and booked another hotel while I still had this place booked I suffered being there. Just go to Maden Al Rawdah and Pullman ZamZam because they’re way more luxurious and better.
