Staff are very rude and unhelpful. I requested help with my luggage to be brought down to reception to put in the taxi and yet no one came. Then I was getting late and with difficulty I brought my luggage down to reception and asked for someone to help me take it to taxi and the lady at reception said not my problem and didn’t help or get anyone to help me will not be staying here again. The elevators were also too busy there should be more elevators. But it’s not as bad as the service

i stayed to two nights and surprisingly no one changed the sheets or clean the room in these two day
