Staff are non-cooperative. Air-conditioning wasn't cooling. Made several requests to fix but nothing happened. Housekeeping staff didn't clean room in 3 days. I had to eventually approach front office staff who then instructed cleaning, but no bedsheets or pillow covers changed.
Great staff.
Limited items for breakfast.
Air conditioning was malfunctioning (either too cold or the opposite).

I couldnt sleep at all no sound proof or anything the windows couldnt close even if u tried or call them, the beds are too small u cant get comfortable
I would strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel.
Our experience was extremely disappointing. We were travelling with children who suffer from allergies, and their symptoms flared up almost immediately after entering the room. The room smelled unpleasant, the beds had blood stains, there were hairs throughout, and the overall condition was poor and in need of repair.(we had 3 rooms which were all at the same condition)
When we raised our concerns, staff and management showed little interest in helping. While speaking with Ahmed and his team, they would often begin talking amongst themselves in Arabic during our conversations and, on several occasions, simply walk away mid-discussion without providing any answers or assistance. This made us feel ignored, excluded, and treated disrespectfully. Ahmed in particular was unhelpful, repeatedly disappearing when we tried to explain that our children’s health was being affected.
As a result, we had no choice but to leave and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. We moved to Elif Taba Hotel, where the cleanliness, service, and overall experience were excellent.
Even after we left, we received aggressive phone calls from the hotel demanding to know why we had complained and where we had moved to. It was only after we contacted the Ministry of Hajj that the hotel’s attitude changed and they asked us to withdraw our complaint.
The Ministry of Hajj, however, was professional, supportive, and instrumental in helping us secure a refund.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The cleanliness was unacceptable, customer service was poor, and management failed to address serious concerns. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to families with children or anyone with health concerns.

اكثر شئ مزعج هو الرائحة المنبعثة من الصرف الصحي للحمام للغرفة ولا يوجد أي شفاطات
