Well the staff was very friendly and helpful... The location was excellent ... The washroom was clean. . the cleaning guys was always there .. the breakfast buffet was available yet with less options and now that great taste....
The carpet was very dusty and worn out... I caught flu and cough from this .. it needs to be replaced ...secondly AC filters need changing ...the water in washroom got finished twice during stay ...the washroom is very small and you have little room to maneuver ... Very less options in buffet.... Taste needs improvement..
It's not a 3-star hotel as they claim it. The lifts are super slow and rushy almost all the time. The bed covers are not clean, and the beds back have a lot of dirt on them. Overall, it wasn't a good experience at all. The pictures of the room showed here a complete opposite of what you get.

They don't clean the room or change bedsheet and towels even when you call. They may not respond
The location of hotel is good as one can walk easily to Masjid Nabvi.The facilities at hotel r OK compared to its price.There is a pakistani restaurant at the back and Mcdonald is also nearby overall good experience
The WiFi connectivity was poor in the rooms.Morover,lifts are not efficient

Service ist auch unprofessionell.
Ich empfehle ni einen mansch dort zu gehen.
Hat mir gar nicht gefallen.
Schade habe das Hotel meine Geld gegeben...
Location, size of room and amenities
Elevator can take quite long during busy periods as it stops on every floor. A microwave in room would be ideal to reheat food etc, especially in Ramadan where kids are concerned
