Stunning hotel
Nothing it was perfect
Absolutely everything, from the moment we arrived until we left. Very helpful staff on arrival and even upgraded us. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel itself was amazing.
Nothing at all… cannot say anything bad at all.
Great stay in a lovely hotel. Good service. Fantastic room. Good parking to the front of the hotel. Lovely breakfast with a good range of options.
Nothing.
Very friendly accommodating staff. Luca Receptionist excellent/ security door staff very good!
Room spacious, great decor, super shower! Breakfast plentiful and of good quality
My room was so splendidly spacious and provided the perfect space for me to do work. When I needed a change of scene the bar, pool and neighbourhood provided this beautifully. Every staff member I dealt with, especially Matt the Concierge (a fellow musician) were friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Titanic Liverpool.
It's no-one's fault but the heating in my room was not working. Facilities came and attended to it and when they couldn't fix it quickly provided me with bar heaters which was great. Truly though it was all grand.
Fantastic hotel
The rooms are massive and very comfortable. The parking is good value and easy to deal with. Smart bar and restaurant and friendly staff
Literally the only negative is that the live music in the bar was too loud, which impacted the chilled out vibes that the hotel seems designed for
Loved the theme if the hotel and the size of the room
The aircon was quite noisy
Space
No body got back to us after several attempts to book in a the spa
Size of the room.
Travelling with a toddler so she had plenty of space to run and play.
Limited parking.
Have to arrive early to ensure a space.
