A lovely hotel to stay at, definitely recommend!
Pros:

Lovely rooms, enjoyable evening meal. We have been here a few times now.

Cons:

You have to get your own breakfast which my family and I dont particularly like to do, my parents are in their 80's and find it hard to stand up for too long so that wasn't an enjoyable experience for them. We all prefer to be waited on.

Lovely place, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Lovely massive room, received a free upgrade. Was very close to the event we went to.

Cons:

We had a massage and spa access but when we went at 1130 it was extremely busy until 1230. Definitely need to work on making the spa area less overcrowded.

A lovely break away in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

The room was lovely and the staff were generally quite friendly. The facilities were good and the hotel, overall, appeared to be clean. Lovely ESPA facilities in the bathroom.
Gentleman on concierge upon arrival was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Parking says first come first served yet lots of spaces were reserved. Nothing is mentioned about the opportunity to reserve a space. Still unclear as to who can reserve a parking space or how you can reserve one.

A man (presuming a cleaner) just walked in our room at 10am, with no explanation whatsoever. This confused us as to whether check out was at 10 or 11am as there was certainly no reason for him to just walk in. This was poor timing as it was just after we’d showered and was just getting ready. Only a small thing but enough to dampen spirits about the stay.

We ordered room service for breakfast and the order was incorrect and the food was luke warm. The staff member was very friendly when trying to resolve this and sent more stuff to the room but, unfortunately, ir was still incorrect.

Can't wait to return
Pros:

Beautiful room, most spacious ever

Cons:

Lift coukd have been more easily identified/visible. Shower room was big enough to include a bath or a bench seat. There were references to the Titanic, could have done with some more.
