We loved the overall feel of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. We had an upgrade when we arrived. The room was so much bigger than we expected. The bed was lush! And the curtains actually kept the light out.
I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like. We just noticed there was some cosmetic issues with the room that needed fixing. The bath has marks at the bottom of it, the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall, the key card holder was coming off the wall.
Everything! It is an old converted warehouse and the rooms are huge with a blend of the old and new. The styling is on point. The bed and the linen is so comfortable, the leather lounges are devine and we had a water view from our window. We have been travelling around Europe staying in over 10 hotels this trip and the Titanic hotel is our favourite place to stay by far.
Absolutely nothing not to like about this place.
Absolutely stunning, beautifully renovated to emphasise some of the existing features
The hotel makes excellent use of an old tobacco/rum warehouse. It is stylish and well appointed. We had an excellent meal in the Stanley restaurant as the Rum Bar did not look comfortable for eating - more suitable just as a drinks area. The staff on reception and in the Stanley restaurant were very professional.
We had been told by Booking.com that the breakfast would be £18 per person - but were charged £25 per person on the day. We queried this but were told there had been an increase a couple of weeks previously - a massive 39% increase - and anything special such as Eggs Benedict was extra! In the end, I had to speak to five members of staff before this was resolved to our satisfaction as initially no-one seemed to have authority to resolve it - though duty manager Colleen finally arranged it. This is not what I want when aiming to have breakfast and then catch a train in an hour's time. While it was resolved, I feel that the £25 charge is extortionate for what was not a particularly good breakfast - all geared to minimise staff costs and not the best selection of food. The excellent hotel we had just stayed in on the Isle of Man charged £16 per person for a much better breakfast - individually prepared to order - including Eggs Royale etc.
Large room and layout

Check in was friendly. Breakfast was good.
Our stay at the Titanic Hotel was exceptional.
We were staying at the hotel to celebrate my partner’s 50th Birthday.
We were very kindly upgraded to a presidential suite, which was a wonderful surprise!
We can’t thank the staff and hotel enough for their kindness. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.
The location hotel was amazing , the room was outstanding 👏
We were staying above a wedding, so the music carried on till late which interrupted our sleep
Close to hill Dickinson stadium.. beautiful aesthetics but a little dark ..
Poor lighting in bedrooms and corridors,
Lovely food in the resteraunt, although not happy about being chased by a waiter on the way out for payment even though had already paid.. luckily had receipt in my hand .. a little embarrassing
Very accessible by car. It was convenient for ‘The Hill Dickinson’ stadium, which was the reason for our visit
Room was ridiculously oversized, with furniture fit for an apartment.
It was over priced for a normal hotel of this type and there was a charge for their car park
