Staff were fantastic, we came to them about the bed being hard and they added a topper which made it super soft.

Cons:

Although it states there is a balcony this is very very small and can't even fit two people standing. You also are not allowed to smoke as t this hotel even on the balcony which was annoying because I chose a hotel with a balcony for this reason. Other than that nice staff and location is good. A lady in the street sells beautiful cold fresh coconuts for only 30baht and 3 min walk to airport rail link

To much restrictions I felt like I paid money to be in jail. Posters of fine fine fine fine everywhere even in the toilet. Worst place nightmare it is. Old as 1970s
