整体来说都很好👍员工都很热情 住宿都很干净整洁 去那里都方便 走路不到5分钟就有7-11 附近也有很多美食 早市夜市都有🫶🏻
Pros:

很干净 很舒服 每一天都有工作人员来打少整理房间 已经来入住第二次了！！下次去 依然选择这家👍👍非常棒👍

Cons:

电梯，那次去刚好电梯维修 因为带着老人比较不方便 这一点比较失望 我们入住了6天 电梯都没修好😢😢😢

Pros:

Staff is very nice and friendly, location is also good for stay

Only one thing the elevator is out of service, which make every day climb many times for staircase,

Fully recommend staying here
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, the cafés downstairs were pretty nice as well

Cons:

For us it was a bit weird not having a separation (like a door) between the bathroom and the main room, although we think it may be a cultural thing

Pros:

Vị trí tốt, gần BigC, central world, gần ga tàu ARL. Phòng ở sạch sẽ thoáng đãng, nhiều ánh sáng, bên dưới tầng 1 có 2 quán cafe rất xinh và khách lưu trú sẽ được off 10%.

Cons:

Con đường gần đó đang thi công nên hơi khó để gọi taxi và giờ cao điểm.

What a fantastic place to stay in Bangkok! You'll love it here!
Pros:

I really appreciate how clean and organized the rooms are. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from shopping areas. Downstairs, there's a charming bakery that offers a delightful selection of pastries, which are simply irresistible. Additionally, several massage places are conveniently located nearby. I also love that there's a 7-11 just around the corner for any quick necessities.

Nice room but the noise made it uncomfortable.
Pros:

We had 3 double beds in our room which was great! Spacious room.

Cons:

Woken up by construction work going on behind our wall which was so noisy. Also you had to check in at the cafe which wasn’t obvious.

The property is good but the customer service is not.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to most basic needs such as convenience store, restaurant, mall and alike.

Cons:

We expected a 24-hr reception. Apparently when we arrived around 5am there was no one who assisted us. Lights are all off, doors are locked and no staff was present.

The telephone number provided by the property in Booking.com is not working. Sent a request for an early check-in a week before arrival but no response. The receptionist said that Booking.com is at fault since they have no control whatsoever.

Check-in is done in the establishment across Boxpackers Pratunam which is a bit confusing.

After sales customer service is poor this is based on my personal experience.
