Best Weekend EVER.
Pros:

I rented 6 rooms for my family while we had a party at Boulders Event Center. The staff could not have been any more welcoming. They had so much fun and were VERY comfortable. There are GREAT people working and running this hotel. Very Happy Sherri Freml

Great experience.
Pros:

The room was great, except there was drips on the floor in front of the toilet, like some guy dribbled. upon inspection, I decided it was splash from when the maid cleaned. They simply failed to mop up after finishing. Also, the tub faucet was dripping a lot. Both of these items were small and did not affect my stay experience. I meant to tell the desk person the following AM, But forgot until after I left.

The hotel otherwise was clean and tidy through out. The snacks in lobby were very nice touch and much appreciated. ALL of the staff I encountered were beyond friendly and helpful. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars!

Beautiful rolling hills of Iowa

Beautiful grounds, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff (Joan and Rachel were amazing)! The hotel and rooms were clean and the location on the golf course was absolutely beautiful!!

Phenomenal Place to Stay
Pros:

As always, it was a phenomenal experience. The staff there is the absolute best. With a sold out hotel, I was shocked that there was total peace and quiet in my room...even when the breakfast area was full and lively. This is my go to place whenever I come to Denison.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location right on the outskirts of Denison. The golf course is beautiful and there is some outside seating to watch the sunset on a nice evening. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating to anything I needed. I traveled here as a solo female and felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the Denison area :)

Tourist to watch Union Pacific Train
Pros:

The king room was clean and quiet even though there was a full house with a wedding. We also enjoyed the bar in the lower level of the attached event center to watch the NBA Spurs win! The only thing that could be better for the value was if the breakfast bar were more spread out as that area was pretty congested with many guests at the same time. We would stay again.

As normal it was a pleasure staying with you.
Rooms are always tightly plus put together ( clean).
