Eden Garden Hotel

Very friendly service

We stayed four nights here and the first two nights were terrible. We were on level three with a balcony and the noise was awful - I think we averaged 2 hours sleep both nights. We asked to move rooms and we got the family room on the bottom level - much better - but of course paid extra for it. The lovely lady who cooks breakfast in the mornings was wonderful and so friendly! As was the door man 🙂

Robert at the front desk was more than helpful! He was very professional and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was pretty good and convenient.

Friendly staff, great location, no pool even though there are photos of one on Expedia.
Main man on reception was very helpful as were the kitchen and house keeping staff.

We had a great stay. The front desk officer was very kind and accommodating. Our last day, we left our luggage to have last minute shopping. When we return we are so exhausted and we have to get ourselves clean because our flight is the same day. What he did is he offered us a freshly cleaned room to have a quick shower for FREE. They are so nice!

A convenient location, 2 blocks from the top end of walking street in district 1. There is some noise still, but it is muted and easy to ignore when it is time to sleep. There is a basic mixed buffet breakfast with the rental of the room and an airport shuttle is available to and from the airport. Just make sure you contact the hotel ahead of time to arrange it. I got my email about the service after we checked in and ended up paying 660,000VND by cab to the hotel and only 200,000VND from the hotel to the airport.
