Wonderful staff and nice restaurant close by

Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately.

久しぶりに利用しました。部屋のレイアウトや設備は使いやすいですが、シャワーの温度が上がらず、浴びるたびに冷たい思いをしました。以前は重宝していたアイスディスペンサーも故障中で使えず、全体的に老朽化を感じました。
最終日、レセプションの係員に帰りの空港までの送迎車のピックアップ時間は23:15と言われました。ちょっと早すぎでは思いつつ、仮眠を短時間で切り上げてロビーで待ちましたが、結局、車が来たのは23:53でした。恐らく"fifty"が"fifteen"と誤って伝えられたのだと思いますが、睡眠時間を削られた残念な対応でした。

Low cost but very nice staff and convenient

Adequate for an overnight given the price for Koror. They picked me up at airport on schedule at 1AM. Pleasant front desk staff. Good AC and good hot water pressure. But, would not recommend for a longer stay. Lumpy bed. Ants in bathroom. Rust and corrosion on metal surfaces... needs some TLC against the effects of tropical climate.

This is a simple property, but very well maintained clean with all basic services. Staff and front desk services were outstanding.

This is a very basic, nothing fancy hotel but it's clean, quiet, everything works and most importantly, it has an extremely friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed. They were also generous with early check-ins and late check-outs. The location on Malakal Island is perfect if you're in Palau for watersports: diving, kayaking or snorkeling as most of the trips leave from close by. There's a number of decent restaurants within short walking distances as well as convenience stores and small markets. If you're on a budget and don't need "resort" luxury, I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful employees. Excellent guest safety measures. A great value for the money.

Very clean, helpful service, and relatively cheap. But don't expect much. The shower is a little wonky (e.g. the shower head in the second room I rented was mounted in a corner and hard to reach/angle. The room is like a dorm room - functional but drab. I recommend for folks who need a roof over their head but not much more than that.

Clean and great for the price

Our stay went really well and nothing to complain about.

Not the most swanky hotel I've stayed at, but perfectly suitable and a quick walk to the dive shop, which is why we were in Palau. Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly, especially with taxis and our lost luggage, and rooms were clean. Kitchen was largely not usable because there was very little in the way of utensils, plates, etc. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.
