This was the poorest hotel I’ve ever stayed in…. I booked to stay 16 nights with Booking.com I had to pay cash on arrival…. The room was noisy with vendors and motorbikes outside until the early hours… no chance of sleeping I checked out after 1 terrible night but the hotel refuses to offer any kind of refund and will not ansewer any messages be very careful with this Hotel

Good place to stay, meeting all the basic requirements. The people working there are amazing. Very smooth check in and check out.

Friendly place close to the amenities of Hua Hin and good value at 800 bhat per night. Rooms are tidied every day and water provided as well. I stayed here for one week. Breakfast is not included but there are a couple of good options just over the road.

Theyhave no parking also the side of the hotel that we stayed on there was a pool hall it was loud all day all night.
But good location walking distance to Night Market

Booked an ocean view. Didn’t get it. Was offered smaller rooms but still no view. Offered to upgrade to what I paid for so complained to Hotels.com and given compensation. This hotel as far as I could tell does not have any sea views so save your money. Overall it’s well placed and clean. Staff helpful to a point. Also if you don’t like stairs then ask for low floor as there is no lift.

Horrible Hotel, receptionist and housekeeping staff faces are as black as charcoal. No makeup room and no replacement of toiletries. Staff pretend don't understand English and just said one word of "sorry". Basin tap also not working fine. A very old Hotel. No lift. ZERO STAR for this horrible Hotel.

솔직히 금액이 너무 저렴해서 그냥 잠만 잠깐 잘 생각으로 아무기대 없이 갔는데 생각보다 방도 꽤 넓은 편이었고 깨끗해서 너무 잘 쉬었습니다. 그리고 무료 와이파이가 되어 넘 유용했습니다

Close to everything, that should say it all. Located on Soi 55, a few blocks away from the Hua Hin morning market and I urge you to witness the trade. The staff was very kind, your room is only cleaned if you place the sign on the door and I choose to pass on this option for 4 nights. My room had a balcony onto the street but the draw back, the street noise begins @6 am. I always eat local: one meal at a fish restaurant; another at a noodle stall; another at a sushi stall; others at various jok stalls. An extremely CLEAN and generally well designed guesthouse. Certainly, the price during the hot season was a very good option.

Over all ideal hotel great location to town and 10 min walk to nice beach, markets and night life.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Will certainly use again on next trip.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and we were very pleased to see the location which is really close to many shops and markets. The hotel staff are also accommodating and nice. The rooms are neatly kept. Each day they clean the room, after a long day of strolling around outside we come back with fresh towels and clean beds. I recommend this to travelers in groups or family. It is right across a food store that serves one of the best noodle soup in Hua hin. I recommend this to everyone who would love to go to Hua hin and I also look forward to staying here again when I go back.

The hotel is well located within 5min by walk from the beach.

Rooms are spacious and the staff was kind enough to give us an early check-in.

We might be back for our next WE in the city.
