Tutto, dal portone di ingresso che lasciava a desiderare per poi aprirsi in una corte da mozzare il fiato e poi arrivare in un albergo che ci ha lasciato meravigliosamente stupiti
Assolutamente niente
It was the best location to stay, close to everything by foot and also next to the metro station. It was totally quiet with the windows closed even though the street was busy at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best things was also the staff of the reception, super nice and friendly. If we go to Napoli again we definitely choosing this place to stay !

Hotel al 2 piano di una casa in Pieno centro su via Toledo a 2 passi da Piazza Plebiscito, metropolitana a 2 minuti comodissima per chi arriva in treno, 2 minuti alla Galleria Umberto I 10/15 minuti a Maschio Angioino, confina con i Quartieri Spagnoli. in zona moltissime Pizzerie e Ristoranti, nel cuore della Napoli più caratteristica.
La ubicación.
Al reservar la habitación, las fotos mostraban cama con tul o telas que lo hace muy romántico. Nuestra habitación tenía una cama simple y nada de lo que se veía en las fotos.
Posizione eccellente per visitare la città, alle porte dei quartieri spagnoli con la fermata della metro a 2 passi. Personale estremamente cortese e gentile. Camela molto bella
The hotel enjoys an absolutely perfect location from which to explore Naples. The terminus from the Alibus, and the port providing transportation to the islands are a mere fifteen minutes walk away, while the position of the hotel itself, on a pedestrianised section of the Via Toledo, places it in the heart of Neapolitan activity. I found the staff very helpful and the room itself ( in two levels) had excellent facilities and felt both comfortable and secure.
