ATTENZIONE TRUFFA

Niente, personale impreparato per qualsiasi problematica rispondono:"non so cosa dirle la direzione non è disponibile"

Purtroppo siamo andati via dopo solo una notte in quanto l'ascensore era guasto (arrivava al piano e si chiudeva immediatamente con una violenza inaudita, vi assicuro molto pericoloso) e nonostante l'avessimo segnalato non è stata chiamata l'assistenza, presenti inoltre scalinate non segnalate sul sito nessuna rampa e nessun aiuto da parte del personale nonostante avessimo carrozzina e neonato. Abbiamo deciso di cambiare la struttura CON LA PROMESSA da parte della direzione che ci avrebbero RIMBORSATO le due notti (ci hanno chiesto di lasciare un Iban) non utilizzate ma ovviamente il rimborso non è mai arrivato!!!
