Pros:

Bellissimo albergo...la grotta fantastica! Il buffet delle colazioni molto pieno e tutto buono i dolci si sente che sono fatti in casa e no confezionati la cameriera molto disponibile e gentilissima...consigliatissimo come albergo.

Great stay!
Pros:

I spent one night at this hotel and honestly, everything exceeded my expectation. The room was cozy, clean, and had just the right atmosphere for a relaxing and private getaway from the bigger cities in Tuscany. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place made it easy to unwind and enjoy the moment. When I arrived I got an upgrade for the room, which I highly appreciated.

I’d especially like to thank someone from the team, I believe her name started with a W (but I’m not totally sure anymore what her name is) for making this stay a great one. She could answer all my questions I had (I had some difficult ones but she really did her best to answer them all, which I appreciated) and made sure I had a pleasant stay.

Would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-run place to stay.

Cons:

If I had to mention one small downside: the walls were quite thin, I could hear the neighbors coughing sometimes in the middle of the night, but it didn’t ruin the experience :)

Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante e variegata, ottima la torta al caffè e la crostata alla marmellata di fichi.Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di provare il centro benessere, ma speriamo di farlo in futuro.

Bellissima esperienza. Ci farò tappa ancora.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto che la struttura avesse una palestra, un aspetto per me fondamentale visto che pratico sport a livello agonistico. Inoltre, disponeva di una spa e di una piscina sulla terrazza con una splendida vista. Ho apprezzato anche l’accesso alla loro seconda piscina, situata a pochi minuti di distanza, con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline. Colazione ottima, personale altrettanto. Giacomo una persona molto disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli.

Nous venons de passer 5 jours ici, le personnel est dévoué, le propriétaire est super gentil, toute l’équipe reste à disposition, vraiment sympa, ils ont répondu à nos demandes. Vraiment cool, cela change de notre précédent hôtel, le lieu est très sympa dans cette ville et cerise sur le gâteau la piscine a 5 minutes au ginestre offre une vue splendide sur les paysages toscans, un bonheur et ce calme, wahou quel plaisir… merci à vous tous

Nice hotel, very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. There is nearby parking available for guests, that made our stay much easier. Breakfast was basic but good, nice surprise… proper coffee machine 🙂. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Good value for money.

Cons:

The rooms are bit dated however most of the hotels at this region are old.

Mi è piaciuto l'ambiente la struttura e la professionalità dello staff. Sin da subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, e accolti in modo eccellente. Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi benessere messi a disposizione, ed era tutto eccellente, davvero siamo stati benissimo, le camere erano super pulite, tutto l'ambiente ben curato e lo staff sempre pronto a regalarci un sorriso. La colazione e il cibo tutto di qualità impeccabile. Il receptionist, Vincenzo è stato sin da subito altamente professionale e a nostra disposizione, nel consigliarci le soluzioni migliori per il nostro soggiorno. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. La consigliamo vivamente a quanti vogliono prendersi dei giorni di meritato relax
