Pros:

The rooms and bathrooms are small but clean. Towels and linens are changed daily. There's also a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. The reception staff is very friendly. Larger luggage can be a bit of a hassle. It's very close to King's Cross Station, with easy access to the city center.

Good choice near King's Cross
Pros:

Good choice in London - excellent location close to King's Cross, with very good price-to-value ratio. The room itself is clean, though very small - for a short stay mainly outside hotel room, more than enough, but if you have large luggage, might be sometimes tricky. The room had small kettle and drinking water. Recommended.

飯店的位置真的非常優秀，每天都會提供餅乾、2瓶水、咖啡粉、茶包，還有乾淨的毛巾、床每天都有整理，床頭有燈跟插座，我覺得如果再來倫敦，應該會再次入住。喔，對了，這裡沒有電梯、沒有冰箱。

位置超讚，離King’s cross station超近，只要過一條馬路，就是後方平行的巷子，就能找到～

雖然廁所很小，但洗澡淋浴的空間真的太小了⋯

Do not book this hotel if you want to sleep

The 1 star is for location only

Cons:

Zero sound insulation means you hear EVERYTHING that happens in the rooms near you, from snoring to everything that happens in bathrooms, to EVERYTHING that happens in bedrooms!

Staff are 100% not bothered and night staff ignored guests smoking (not just cigarettes) out of windows in the basement courtyard during the night I stayed.

Cleaners arriving early in the morning with no concern for sleeping guests, gathering outside door to room to have a loud chat, literally shouting down corridors to each other. Once they start actual cleaning it’s pointless to have an 11am check out because the noise is so loud after about 8, there’s no way to sleep!

Hotel equipment room immediately across from room is opened and slammed closed throughout the night. Door into courtyard not only slams but makes a weird noise for 2/3 seconds after every time it is opened.

The bright courtyard outside light is left on all night so it’s impossible to make the room dark in anyway. And a cigarette bin is positioned directly outside the room so people congregate outside your door!!

It is literally impossible to sleep at this hotel. The one star is only for location but there are plenty of other hotels nearby which I would massively recommend you choose!

Pros:

Staff very kind as I booked twice by accident and they wavered my fee.
Clean and tidy.
Quiet even though near King's Cross and St Pancras Station.
Kettle and biscuits in room tea and coffee. Plenty shower gel and toilet roll for use.
Tv working and WiFi very good.
Clean sheets and towels.
Temperature of room perfect. Had 2 good nights sleep.

Pros:

Amazing location, perfect for going out and about in London. It has the bare essentials.

Cons:

Very small, and a bit dusty. Waking up I would blow my nose and there would be dust on the tissue.
