Great Customer Experience
Pros:

Great location. The Room was spacious, spotlessly clean. The terrace with hot tub was stunning. The entire hotel was clean, bright and airy. I have to put a special mention in for one of the receptionists 'Rafael' whose customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A great asset to the hotel. Although the hotel was in the old town the noise wasn't too bad at all, I would suggest that this was down to good double glazing. I would highly recommend. This is my third stay at this hotel and will return later this year.

Disliked · On the morning of departure I spoke with a young lady receptionist who was quite unhelpful to be honest, bordering on being rude. I was only asking if I could request a late check out as we weren't flying until 10pm. I didn't get her name as she barely lifted her head up to engage in conversation with me. This wouldn't put me off staying again, I would suggest she may need further customer service training.

Another fabulous stay at the Baltum
Pros:

The hotel is always clean, staff are friendly and it’s in the centre of the ‘Old town’ so perfectly placed. The roof terrace is modern with plenty of comfy seats, sun loungers and a bar along with a hot tub with a sea view.

Worth a stay for central location
Pros:

Very central and staff friendly. Room abit on small side but meets your needs. Rooms kept clean. A bit more info needed on arrival as weren't told you get 30% discount in Ricco restaurant (which has lovely food and reasonably priced)being a resident.

Schönes Hotel in exponierter Lage, muss man mögen. Personal beim Frühstück nicht gut.

Sehr Zentrale und dadurch laute Lage …

Cons:

Frühstück gab es im benachbarten Restaurant Ricco mit hochgradig unmotiviertem und nicht freundlichem Personal. Dort nicht wohlgefühlt.

Hotel was in a perfect location near to everything and the Beach, it was spotless clean, and amazing friendly staff!!

En pleine ville beaucoup d'animation mais très bien isolé phonétiquement le soir

Cons:

Un petit réfrigérateur serait bien utile quitte à mettre un petit supplément.
J'ai 86 ans et j'ai besoin pour ma santé de boire beaucoup la nuit.
