Pros:

Tamanho do quarto brm grande, localização, o restaurante Ricco e o RoofTop com jacuzzi. E os funcionários todos muito gentils.

Cons:

As toalhas muito ruins/velhas, a pia do banheiro um pouco entupida e sem espaço para colocar a necessaire e o ar condicionado não funcionava.

Disappointing and not good value for money
Pros:

Location was amazing, right in the centre of town, lots of bars and restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t comfortable, we were in a room that smelled really bad, we asked to be moved which we were, but in the second room the air C didn’t work, we were to tired to ask to be moved again so we decided to just stay in and let reception know when we checked out. Wouldn’t stay again.

Mediocre at best!
Pros:

The central location was fantastic. The hotel decor was beautiful.

Cons:

At nearly £200 per night you would expect more than a broom cupboard sized room (101). The bed was like sleeping on a mortuary slab.

Cons:

pulizia pessima. Si limitavano a fare il letto e cambiare gli asciugami. Il water lo pulivo da solo, La doccia ( tra l'altro ostruita) era sempre piena Di terra del mare. La stanza era troppo piccola e molto datata. Il set di cortesia ( caffe) nom è stato mai rifornito in 5 giorni e le tazze si limitavano a pulirme nel lavandino ( le ho trovate sporche spesso)

Little hidden treasure
Pros:

Very central to everything , very clean and spacious , with good air conditioning . The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help you if needed. Breakfast had a good variety of buffet food . Housekeepers were very thorough with their cleaning . Even though on weekend there was a lot of loud music and young people below the balcony , once you close the doors , you cannot hear anything . I enjoyed people watching on the balcony so it was a ideal spot for me and will definitely be returning .

Pequeno almoço bem servido, em ambiente acolhedor e com serviço atencioso.
Boa localização, sendo a proximidade da praia uma das suas grandes vantagens no nosso caso, em especial.

the bed was way to big for the size of the room there were no shelves in the bathroom to put anything on and a small
fridge would be great in the room and could do with more sockets in the room

Les chambres sont très anciennes et peu confortables, et le rapport qualité-prix est hallucinant. Une odeur d’égout dans la chambre est tout simplement inadmissible. C’est vraiment dommage de constater que la même énergie et le même soin n’ont visiblement pas été consacrés à la conception et à la rénovation des chambres qu’à la terrasse ou au restaurant, qui sont pourtant très réussis

Cons:

Posizione nel mezzo del caos notturno e difficoltà a raggiungere l’hotel in macchina se non pagando lautamente il parcheggio antistante.
Pulizia superficiale, colazione sufficiente.

A la réception+le personnel ne parle ni Espagnol ni français.
Lit inconfortable gros trou au matelas.Rien pour ranger nos affaires ainsi que les serviettes. Pas de chocolat au petit déjeuner,et seulement 2 sortes de pain, croissant infect...
