Good value
Pros:

Good location, nice staff, clean room, all equipment worked.

Cons:

No fridge/microwave though that was expected. Shower gel or shampoo would be very helpful.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

No breakfast, no coffee, no
vending machines worked,ice machine was down, I asked for room service the staff left two towels only no clean bedding at all,I left a hand made blanket accidentally called the office to report it the guy said he would check into it and call me back,never did he and the price is to much for such bad service

Air conditioner not working fine,
Sometimes the rest room leaking,
They not changing our bed sheets, we did the changing of our bedsheets,
Room smoke cigarette when we arrived until we out of the room.

Good location and good value for staying with a dog
Pros:

Great location on the water and close by Jack London Aquatic Center and Jack London Square, and no extra fee for my dog to stay.

Cons:

Room on side of morel facing parking lot had a lot of late night noise from the parking lot, and others coming and going. No fridge or coffee maker in the room.

Most expensive 1 1/2 hour stay

I liked nothing about it

Cons:

People who had no rooms at the motel were hanging out around my vehicle looking inside and looking towards my room until police showed up and they all scattered. Property management did nothing for the first hour and a half. Not sure they the ones called police. But as soon as they left, I grabbed my belongings from my room and drove back home. So the $200 I paid for reservations for 2 nights was a loss. I wasn't about to lose my vehicle also had I stood. I know now to get reviews of surrounding businesses before I reserve another room anywhere. That was the most expensive 1 1/2 hr stay
