We felt unsafe at that facility because there was so much noise from other guests and visitors late

We were able to leave safely and no damage or burglary of our vehicle..

Cons:

Better lighting in the room with more space for clothes on a hanger, no mattress spring, a damaged toiletry tray above the bathroom sink, no role in shower in the bathroom as indicated in my reservation and not enough towels or washcloths and bedding.

We had to switch rooms due to roaches. Them Then the staff tried to act as if we were lying and said usually people take pictures. So my family and I left until the manager came on shift and switched our room.
