Awful, should have been a free stay.
Pros:

Honestly? The price was the only good thing. Room was a mess, and when that was brought up to front desk they gave us a mop and broom to do it ourselves instead of offering a clean room or to send house keepers up to fix the issue.

Cons:

This is the first hotel I have ever been at that made us pay card for the deposit, which never should have been charged to us after making us clean our own damn room. No microwave in the rooms but the lady at LEAST let us use the one in her office. I guess there’s that. Photos attached are the dirt pile after sweeping and the before and after of the mopping we did.

Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

This was a very run down patel motel, I wouldn't ever stay there again. It was clean-ish. Even though I was in a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Fortunately there were adequate towels, clean, bedding, etc.

Cons:

I didn't like how broke down the place felt. The clientele wasn't really the greatest, but the front end staff (not management) was very understanding and helpful. I would just avoid this place if I were you.

It was pretty good for a budget one night stay after a Ghost concert that ended late at night.
Pros:

Fast phone call, available staff onsite after 10PM, room was clean, location was near the streets and highway, best not to go outside at night or alone, overall good for budget.

Cons:

Location and environment, hands down. Did not feel or look safe to be outside alone, especially as a female/woman.
