I liked the streaming pool was very clean, so it was the hot tubs. The rooms were very clean too other than that that place is the worst. It has the worst staff and security and protocol upon any person saying a person's name that's staying there and they give him a key that's what happened to me? They gave some lady who's wasn't on my card.Who was not on my registration?A key to my room and to inside the building , they took something from somebody's door and they charged me for it
The fact that they held my $100 cash deposit hostage waited for the manager till 1 o'clock for him to give it back to me after I had checked out at 11I had a call attorney because it blacklisted me because they made a mistake I registered with my name and my service animal only. I did not authorize. I did not give permission. I did not register anybody else and staff gave a key to a lady and her boyfriend because I mentioned my name and then management. Try to cover it up by not giving me a kick. A key log, an employee's number. They try to push that only one key was given at 10:15 PM. When, in fact, multiple keys were given after management notice that I took pictures of their screen, he then made up oh I believe I just found who made extra keys but still blame me. For whatever those people did by taking other people's food, they took it out of my deposit and black flagged me or Black Book mean from that hotel I had, I gave nobody permission.I did not know those people, I knew them.They were not with me.That is very unprofessional

I loved the maids, it’s a terrible place but the maids do their best to make the place spick &span. shout out to the maids! I’m so sorry you have to deal with what has to be the worst upper management I’ve ever encountered, just the fact that you’re able to keep them satisfied makes you a hero - but you deserve better. I know one day you will break free from the oppression that is motel 6 and make it without them! Any other hotel would likely be more appreciative of you than this dump. They say you can’t polish a turd, but I think you have definitely proved that saying wrong.

This time around there was nothing I liked about the property
The first day I checked in I had a very nice young man check me in to a room with a very dirty floor and a air-conditioning that spewed warm air. When I went downstairs to see if I could get a better room with better air conditioning, he helped me out and I was very happy with the king room I got. Come the morning of the next day, I had booked 2 extra nights, on booking.com also a room with a king bed but when I went to the front desk to check in for the day they told me I had booked a queen room with a Ada accessible bed and I would have to check out and check back in later, and if I wanted to check in before 3:00, I would need to pay a early check-in fee. I checked with booking.com they told me I booked a king room and that they would call the front desk, and I was put on hold then the call got dropped and I repeated the process, while I was on hold again I had already finished moving out of the room and when I went to relinquish the keys they informed me that they cancelled my bookings and banned me for 60 days. From what l understand they did not like me because I said that “this place sucks” which I immediately apologized for. They also accused my girlfriend of not picking up her dogs poop & the manager took his time to point at some poop smeared on some concrete but when I went to talk about it with my girlfriend she said her dog pooped on the grass, and after she put her coffee down & returned to pick it up. So I offered to and almost scrubbed someone else’s dog poop up off the sidewalk to make these people happy; I’m so glad I didn’t because they did not treat us like real human beings.
