Room was not the size advertised online and staff was very rude and unexpected deposit when you stay
Pros:

Nothing worked in my room lights missing bed broken bathroom in shambles and when I got to the room the sheets were moldy

Cons:

Everything including find new staff that will actually help you.

Worst room in my experience so far, front desk said I couldn't switch, went Econo Lodge Lackland

Biting insects, cobwebs, mold (plenty), nail polish splatters, holes in ceiling and walls, door lock holding on for dear life, campers in parking lot, minibikes revving every hour, furniture broken

It wasn’t safe. My Kids were with me both young did not feel safe for them to stay there

The pool was dirty the life saving floats in the pool were
All torn up and falling apart. The room there was holes everywhere sheet was dirty they door to the room would even lock. It was coming off. There were holes in show and restroom.

Paid double for the same room n the same night

Cons:

Ended up paying on property with same card. So paid twice for the same room. Asked the staff to allow refund or put it towards another night. They said they never received payment that booking.com kept what we paid. They didn't even cancel the room so it looks like we used that reservation
