The room did not look anything like the photos on the website. It was very old, flooring was old worn and damaged, tub was worn dirty and old, towels were old and had stains that showed they were very used. The room had 2 towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. AC/Heater was missing it's covering so it had exposed metal, wiring and dust and dirt. Half of the lights in the room were non functional. Furniture was old, damaged and worn. Torn and ratty curtains. Cockroach ran under the toilet when I turned on the bathroom light. Toilet was loose, misaligned and had rusty floor bolts. When you think of old ratty motel, this is the place you think of.
The room next to ours had a mattress leaning up against the front window with the curtain pulled back that had a massive dark brown stain approx. 30" x 48". It looked like someone was shot and bled to death on the mattress. Or had some very serious issues with bowl control. Regardless, why would you leave it in the room and prop it against the window so everyone walking by can see it??
I've stayed in some old motels in my time, and even if the place is old you can tell an effort was made to make them as good as they can. This place is a hole, it's one of the worst I've ever stayed in.
I don't think that it was even the Fresno location I'm sopposed to be at. Staff still hasn't handled my case to the severest this time.
I will never stay here again
Absolutely No-Go- Motel. I've never had a worse room in the USA. Mattresses worn out, not cleaned, old rotten furniture, pills on the shelves. The motel is probably also used as a brothel in the evenings. Very shady characters hang around there. The whole motel is shabby and run-down. Not worth a cent.

I should have let the maid do there cleaning instead of myself tv antenna is a little troubled but still a pleasant stay.

Random Motels rooms I've experienced are clean to a satisfactory stay.
Terrible rooms. Bugs. Hairs in towels. Spiders in beds.
Cleanliness is doing well.
A fairly clean room but the environment, even while being gated, has become a little sketchy. That being said, nothing negative happened.
They gave me a smoker room after I said non smoking. No hot water and broken shower dial

It's would be better if the people in the surroundings were also clean.

Property is at unsafe location, lot of homeless people around. Room was super dirty, black mold growing up, multiple type of bugs in the room. To make things worse, heavy smell of weed in the room in non-smoking room. Toilet seat was filthy, flush was broken.
Hotel manager played loud rap music in the lobby and disrupted my enjoyment of breakfast. When I asked them to consider the customer's experience, he told me to go to my room to have breakfast. Really egotistical person with no customer service skills, super rude, even called security. when I commented on his rude behavior.
I booked a two-day stay at Motel 6 via hotels.com. I arrived past midnight, and I was informed that because I arrived late the hotel refunded the second day of the payment to hotels.com thinking that I was not checking in. They asked me to pay for another day since they claimed they refunded the second day payment. When I got my credit card bill, I had a two-day charge from hotels.com and a one-day charge from Motel 6. Therefore, I ended up paying three days for a two-night stay.
