Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We checked in late at night and unfortunately got a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. The next day, I asked to switch rooms however there’s none available and was advised to check back in later in the day. They were able to accommodate us and room was a lot better.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. There was also no USB charging access or hair dryer in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had stayed there about four years ago since then it is very rundown. There is homeless people living in the parking lo

The only thing going for that property at this point is location.

Cons:

I had stayed there before however this day was not what I expected. They put me in an ADA room. It was dirty rundown. They had hardwood floors that look like they hadn’t been mopped in a while.

Pros:

Friendly staff, did their best and always with a smile. And the coffee was great

Cons:

Had to change rooms twice. Rooms are not maintained - sheets stained, bedspreads have cigarette burns, dented doors, smoking policies not enforced

Property was NOT like the photos, homeless laying outside the outside had trash and was dirty. No one was in the office for check in and it was locked at 4pm. Thankfully since we were not going to stay anyways so we had to leave and find another hotel.

Falsely advertised
Pros:

At this point nothing really.

Cons:

The room we booked was advertised to have a roll in shower. We had my handicap mother in law with us and not only was there no shower she could safely use, she was unable to close the bathroom door. Additionally, she fell while trying to use the toilet, urinated on herself and injured her shoulder. I paid way too much for this booking for my mother in law to not be able to shower or use the toilet safely.
