The location and staff
Poor maintenance dirty and a lot of smoking smell

That cheaper usually means lower quality and in this case, a bit dirtier than I would have liked the floors and bathroom to be.
Completely nothing !
Unsafe , dangerous , filthy & unhoused people living in vehicles drug use and paraphernalia all over the property. Prostitution and parties in the rooms.
Location was close to SSU and staff was nice.
The walls were covered in glow in the dark paint that you could not see until the lights were off. They had different disturbing messages, very creepy. One said "I just wanna die " sheets also had cigarette holes. My wife and baby were very creeped out and made the stay unnerving and unpleasant.

Microwave had food that needed to be cleaned off. Surface was very dusty
There was a guy with a dog that barked all night next to me. A lot of homeless people chilling in the parking lot.
What breakfast/ drove from humbolt mom's eye institute spent the night for mom to rest

The room was clean, because it is a handicapped accessible unit there is no countertop in the bathroom, no place to put hygiene items in the bathroom, it would have been nice if there was coffee in the room
The pool was cold Ice cold, there was dog feces ( at least I hope it was dog) in the flower bed right in front of our door as well as a hypodermic needle, the maid came by three times checking to see if we had left the room and did not pick it up and discard it, there were interesting individuals hanging around and sitting across from our room on an adjacent properties sidewalk that made us feel uncomfortable, enough so that I parked my truck out in the middle of the business parking area so I could see if anyone was lurking around my truck.
Staff was courteous and helpful when my key didn't work first night after coming home from a long day
Room smelled like pot smoke when we walked in every night. My sister's bed had a divot in it
