Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de Pub Street andando. La piscina aunque pequeña, está muy bien y te refresca después de estar todo el día por hay. El personal es extremadamente atento con el cliente, todo el rato pendientes de ti. El desayuno está correcto.

Cons:

Que hubiera que dejar la llave en la recepción cada vez que salías del hotel, teniendo que informar continuamente si te vas o vuelves. No hay ascensor.

Me demandant ce que je pensais de la qualité du petit déjeuner, j'ai indiqué que les croissants et viennoiseries étaient médiocres. ils m'ont acheté chaque matin exprès des viennoiseries dans une boulangerie! et nous ont donné automatiquement un late check out jusqu'à 16h00...Superbe expérience

Cons:

le quartier avec trop de bars à prostitution tout autour et le harassement -pas trop insistant- qui s'en suit. mais l'hôtel n'y peut pas grand chose...

A good place to stay in Siem Reap.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay. The highlight was definitely the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
The location is another great advantage. It is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to comfortably walk to Pub Street.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is good and offers enjoyable meals, although there is still some room for improvement.

Excellent stay, we loved every minute of it. Very clean, spacious and super friendly staff.
Pros:

It was a fantastic stay, the staff really went out of their way to make our stay as great as it was. The kids and we were treated super well from the minute we arrived until we left. Would definitely come back here on a next visit.

Pros:

A wonderful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was brilliant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable.

Delicious complementary lunch on one of our days which was also delicious.
