The bed mattress was uncomfortable. It is overused and could not lay flat on it as it sunk in certain places.
The bathroom was minimal. No space to turn. The curtains were half falling. I could not believe that booking.com could have this on their website

I am contacting you regarding a recent reservation because the condition of the hotel room was completely unacceptable and significantly different from what was presented in the listing photos.

When I arrived, I found the room to be extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The bedding had visible stains and marks, the bathroom and shower area were dirty, the shower curtain was visibly soiled, the walls and wallpaper were damaged, and there were dark spots on the ceiling that appeared to be mold. The window area and radiator were also noticeably dirty.

This was not simply a matter of personal preference or the room being slightly less attractive than in the photos. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room made me feel that it was not suitable or hygienic enough to stay in.

I was also informed that guests are expected to hand in their room keys every time they leave the hotel. Combined with the overall condition of the property, this made me uncomfortable about the security of my belongings.

Because of these issues, I could not stay at the property and had to book alternative accommodation at my own expense. I have photographic evidence showing the condition of the room and can provide proof of my replacement hotel booking as well.

Considering that the accommodation did not correspond to the standard advertised on Booking.com and that I was unable to use the stay I had paid for, I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that a full refund be considered.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and am happy to provide all supporting photos and documents required.

Estancia impecable con relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
Pros:

Trato impoluto por parte del personal del hotel (y tratamos con varias personas de recepción). Ubicación céntrica muy cerca de la plaza de las "Setas de Sevilla", parada de taxi a la vuelta de la esquina, autobuses en calle cercana, múltiples negocios de restauración y tiendas. Local y habitaciones climatizadas. Cafetera compacta en las habitaciones, nevera y baño completo. Decoración tipo mudéjar-arabe.
