Affordable, Quiet place
Pros:

I liked how close it was to the beach, gift shops and restaurants. The room was nice where it was located. It was a very quiet area at night. Susan was a delight. It was a nice place overall for what we paid. AC was the best I have ever had in a hotel. 66 and you were frozen.

Cons:

It needs a remodel for sure. Beds need replaced. Rooms need an update in general. The Internet would go in and out after about 6pm which was frustrating when trying to send emails and such. I would recommend bringing your own blankets. You have a sheet and I'm not sure what to call it but it's a little thicker but you will freeze with the ac at night.

I was in room 9 and the room needed better coverage over window from the light outside, also i was there for two days and needed just one more roll of toilet paper but over all...I will come and stay again

You get what you pay for. Rooms are outdated, beds were very uncomfortable and itchy. Felt like sand and blankets were stained. Roaches in the bathroom, toilet and sink were both broken and rusted, floors felt gross and sticky. Had neighbors stomping and banging from 2 am-3 am.

I like the property itself , it’s Clive and comfortable & it’s around everything .

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact the boards that we walk on were loose , the board right in front of the room we were staying in needed to replaced immediately .

Is you need a place to sleep in a great location, this is your spot.
Pros:

The location was perfect! The staff were absolutely lovely.

Cons:

There is a lot that needs to be fixed and updated. The beds were clean and the pillows were soft. The old chairs needed to go. They were very stained. We were missing a curtain rod on one side so I had to put a sheet up. The trash can outside of our room was over flowing with trash. There were a few spots around the room that weren’t cleaned. I’m glad I brought Clorox wipes! The pictures on the website do not match the actual rooms.

Mini-split performed per design during the snowy day.
Loose outlet at North bed side table, wall void around bath closet electrical.
Chemically staggering albino German and cold American expected.
From one Maintenance to another, PLEASE let THAT special thing Stay.
