Pros:

It was a dump. Poorly maintained. The bathroom was falling apart and the tub was so slippery it was DANGEROUS. People fought in thier rooms so loudly it SCARED other quests. We would never stay there again.

Okay for the relative pricing.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was nice. The room seemed a bit worn out with a door that didn't close solidly and a security latch that didn't fully engage. For a discount place it was okay and by relative pricing to nearby properties it was probably a competitive rate. It is a long, long way from most restaurants and services and we had to Uber to get anywhere. We probably would have been money ahead to pay more for a nicer place closer to the main dining areas.

staff was amazing, hotel was clean, and the free breakfast was just like any other at that level. I’ve never seen a yogurt machine before so that was something.

Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and conveniently located by Moody Gardens. Can’t beat the price either!!

Overall, decent place.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was in a good location close to the beach. My room was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helped when I needed an iron. My only issue was the shower water pressure that was very low, bed was a bit uncomfortable, and I could hear people slamming their doors at night which kept me up. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and location.

Pros:

Need new mattress and the flooring needs some replacing. The shade on the window did not come down for privacy. The staff was friendly when we checked In and also this morning. They are doing some me renovations and we do understand that. This will be the first time we leave our truck while on a cruise.
