The cleaning staff was top notch and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The morning staff at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. We had an emergency and had to check out early and she made sure we were refunded for the night we did not get to stay.
The person that checked me in on Thursday night was very rude and argumentative. Almost to the point that I was going to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else.
Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Nice clean pool.

The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. Need brighter lights in there for sure. Everything else was great.
Location was nice
The place smelled awful. I dont knownif it is due to the humidity or what, but it wreaked of mildew, and all of the sheets/pillows felt kinda damp. Wife couldnt take it anymore, swapped rooms at 2am, went from 208 to 218. New room had a cockroach on the wall when we got in.
It was a newer hotel. The young man on duty was very nice. The breakfast was coffee and juice 24/7, and muffins in the AM. I could not get the TV to work, so the young man came up to our room at midnight and fixed it. Nice view of the water in both rooms.

Close to the boat
I didn’t like it because the door keys didn’t work and I had to keep going back to the office up and down the elevators
Price
Staff was mediocre at best and when my wife found a bug (possible roach) and I notified staff the gentleman shrugged it off as nothing. The only reason we didn't demand our money back was we had been traveling and didn't feel like moving to another hotel.
Lovely hotel , the rooms and the hotel were absolutely spotless nice and quiet, but within a couple of Minutes from the beach.They also do cruise parking for 50 per week (at this time) so call to check.
