Small luxury hotel, one street off a main area
Pros:

Location is about a 7 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, one turn then down a main street. This hotel is locaed inside a courtyard. Walk straight in to the courtyard . Small supermarket (what we would call a Bodega) across the street. Rooms are clean, and we were in a Jr suite which had plenty of room. High quality linens. The hotel is on the small side (only 2 floors, with 10-15 rooms per floor). Restaurants everywhere and we ate at one around the corner.

Someone will meet you in the courtyard to bring up your bags, if no one is standing there, ring the bell at the entrance to the courtyard, see below.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices they change daily. They have some food available at dinner, but really not a restaurant. Afternoon there were cookies and juice/water in the bar area (before it opened). We came back each night and went to the bar. Lorenzo, the Bartender was very pleasant and you can sit and relax. For some reason the were almost no people in the bar, which we liked, but then again we never got there before 10pm.

Shower is hot and water pressure is more that I have ever seen (a good thing). There is a safe in the room as well as a mini refrigerator. We had a tile floor, our friends had carpeting in the room.

Every one of the staff was friendly and we felt very comfortable.

Cons:

Be aware this hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a building (for those of us from the US that is the 3rd and 4th floor), with a tiny elevator. However, after a good meal the walk up does you wonders, I am just not a fan of tiny elevators.

We stayed there with another couple. Both had the same issue with the shower drain, which is a design issue, Just move the cover, which rest on top over and problem solved.

Very pleasant stay in a modern cozy room in the best location in Rome.
Pros:

Excellent location. Could walk everywhere (attractions, shopping, restaurants). Great-looking rooms too.

Wonderful option for those seeking personal service, comfort, and unstuffy elegance at a central location. Highly recomm
Pros:

This is a small swanky hotel in the heart of the city but quiet and comfortable. the staff are amazingly nice. The art theme was super with interesting pieces throughout. It is not cheap but for us was worth the splurge.

Cons:

Some may be put off by the entrance which I actually liked. You enter a building courtyard and then take an old elevator up to the hotel. I thought it was different and smart.

Amazing from someone picky, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff very welcoming, gorgeous rooms with great lighting detail, comfy supportive beds, breakfast included, great shower facilities, fully functioning air conditioning on 35 degree heat day

Cons:

Could be more water available in mini fridge and more savoury vegetarian options for breakfast but the granola was lovely

A wonderful stay in a perfect location
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the rooms were very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service, especially for a boutique hotel. I would definitely stay here again and will certainly be coming back!
