The apartment was very clean, and the staff super polite. It was positioned perfectly, close to all the stores (Gucci, Armani etc) and just 350 meters from S. Marko, a 4-5 minutes walk. We had room cleaning service every day and the room was very esthetically pleasing. I 100% recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Venice since you get very good quality for the relatively cheap price. If I get to visit Venice again I will not bother looking for apartments, I will just book the same.

Cons:

Room was much smaller than pictured. It was hard to get in and out of bed due to lack of space. Steps and noise from room in the upper floor were easily heard. Bathroom was clean but could use some renovation. Restaurants in the area are 100% for tourists and overpriced. If you are looking for more authentic ones, you need to go to a different area such as Dorsoduro

Repetiria sin dudarlo
Pros:

Sobretodo la ubicación, muy buena zona y al lado de San Marcos. La habitación era muy bonita y el baño perfecto, limpio y con todo.

Que no tuviese ascensor pero en Venecia es entendible

Posizione centralissima a 200m da piazza San Marco in un vicolo molto silenzioso

Cons:

le dimensioni della stanza. Stretta (2,2 m). Quindi quando ci alzava dal lato sx del letto il passaggio per andare nel resto della stanza era veramente stretto. L'avrei arredata in altro modo.
