Muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos andando de la plaza de San Marcos.

Location was great, clear instructions how to get there. The room was comfortable, but on the small side for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, nice shower.
The room was small. The residence does not have the facilities of a hotel, which was not clear to me when made the booking - so there is no reception or communal area. It also lacks an elevator, which was not a problem for us as we stayed at the first floor, but would be if not.
Todo perfecto, además es un apartamento que depende de un hotel tres estrellas con cafetería, terraza en el último piso y recepción 24h a apenas dos minutos andando, el aire acondicionado funciona genial y está todo muy limpio y nuevo.

Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco. The room was perfect, nicely decorated and comfortable enough for two people. Check-in is at another hotel, but it is very close to Residenza Favaro, so it was not an issue. The staff were very nice and helpful, and they kindly kept our luggage for us on the last day before our flight.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Residenza does not have a lift, so this may be important to consider if you have heavy luggage.

We were in the attic room - a mezzanine- really nice. Great location just off San Marco.
Stairs to climb - problem if mobility not good.
La habitación muy bonita, las instalaciones muy completas, limpias, modernas y en excelente estado, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. Nuena ubicación y la atención del personal fue amable y nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje después de hacer el check out lo cual se agradece mucho.
Para subir a la habitación no hay elevador, lo cual lo hace complicado cuando cargas maletas y tienes que subirlas por las escaleras, fuera de eso todo estuvo bien.
