Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt in der Innenstadt gelegen.
Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Lage direkt an der Tramhaltestelle
Mit schlecht isolierten Fenstern. Gefühlt ist in der Nacht jede Minute (nicht übertrieben) eine Tram durchs Zimmer gefahren.
Leider zu laut.

Highly recommend it for short stay for single travellers!

The location of the hotel was super! The staff was very kind and helpful! Special thanks to one of the two staff members at the reception, Christiano who supported me with my luggage during the last day when I got sick.

Pros:

Quarto simples mas com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Localização excelente. Funcionário simpáticos a atenciosos.

Sehr sauber. Das housekeeping arbeitet gut.

- minibar defekt
- auch auf mehrmaligen Wunsch keine Badetücher erhalten
- Steckdose kaputt, flattert im Zimmer rum
- babybett kaputt
- kofferbock kaputt
- Lavabo fliesst nicht ab
- Dusche überschwemmt
- extrem hellhörig

Und das Schlimmste:
Unglaublicher Gestank aus dem Badezimmer
Leider interessiert das im Haus keinen.
