Location is good very close to Gare de Lyon. The room is manageable and the bed was comfortable

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. There are several issues future guests should be aware of:

No lift available, which meant carrying heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The staircase is extremely narrow and feels unsafe, especially in the event of an emergency.

Construction work was ongoing, creating an overall uncomfortable environment.

The internet did not work throughout my stay.

There was a noticeable smell upon entering both the hotel and the room.

The room was not properly cleaned. Only one old towel was provided, and the bathroom bin was loose and dirty.

Several facilities were not functioning:

The switch beside the bed did not work

The heater was not working, but weather was not cold so didnt feel it but might be very uncomfortable on cold weather

Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness or safety. I hope management addresses these issues and I share this so other travellers can make an informed decision.

L'emplacement car c pas loin de la gare

Cons:

Le bruit des gens qui parlent,l'odeur de fumée dans le couloir qui rentre dans la chambre et il faut enlever les sachets du sommier

Pros:

pas trop bruyante et emplacement très proche de la gare de Lyon. Prix "bas" comparé à d'autre établissement

Cons:

pas d'accueil à l'arrivée, impression de déranger à l'arrivée et au départ à la remise des clés. impression d'insécurité même si le séjour s'est déroulé sans heurt. chambre "en couloir" au confort très sommaire (porte d'entrée à côté du lit/literie très moyenne, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre)
