Would recommend / and stay again if ever in Hanoi..
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with liberal hours, room large and not lacking anything. Wifi excellent, mini fridge in room well stocked.

Cons:

TV in 1 room didnt work, batteries replaced in remote, and still didnt work.
TV in second room, only available for streaming services (not cable or any TV shows), but had Netflix ona hotel account.

WIFI good.

Nhân viên quá là đáng iu, thái độ rất chi là chuyên nghiệp. Thật sự rất ấn tượng với A25, chắc chắn sau này đi công tác vẫn sẽ chọn A25

Quiet and peaceful stay near the Old Quarter.
Pros:

Location was a few minutes walk from the Old Quarter, that means quiet streets in the evening. Breakfast has a good selection of food, even have an omelet and Pho station. We booked our Halong Bay tour with the reception, the service they used was very nice with reasonable rates. Check in and out was easy. They kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Cons:

Nothing that would require a mention.

Pros:

Elevator and full bottle toiletries. Elegant decor, and small touches such as scissors in room.

Cons:

Consistency in reception customer service. Some were fabulous, others not so.much.
