Pros:

Very quiet and calm but the room we got wasn’t worth it like the one I got the first time

Cons:

Don’t stay there, even if it’s free!!

Cons:

It is housing for the homeless. There was a fight between tenants as we were checking in. Dirty!! The hotel host had the door locked for his safety! Smelled like weed as well.

I liked the accessible parking and vending machine. There was a straightforward check-in process.

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes so strongly that it made me and my girlfriend sick. There were burn holes in the blankets, the sink was leaking, the room was not clean, and the air conditioning intake vent had an ashtray sitting on it. The fridge was dirty and smelled bad. There was low-quality soap and no other toiletries. People were smoking outside of the room all day.

two words: roach motel
Pros:

it was cheap, so I was only out $75 when I decided I couldn't stay there overnight.

Cons:

There were cockroaches on the wall next to the bed and the bathroom floor, among other beetles crawling around the shower drain. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, with an undercurrent of sweat and urine. The bedspread was stained all over and the furniture was chipped and falling apart. We decided we needed to stay somewhere else as soon as we'd put our bags down and looked inside.

The property and room was filthy and the booking photos were a misrepresentation! Highly unsanitary!

The room was filthy! Garbage had not been removed. Blanket on the Bed had cigarette burns. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke!

Pros:

It was clean, quiet. There wasn’t trash hanging around outside.

Cons:

Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room but the staff was able to move us to a smoke free room. The whole place seemed run down. There was no place to hang things in the room. The room seemed small and crowded. The phone in the first room was dirty and it didn’t work when we tried to call the front desk

This was the most disgusting hotel i’ve stayed at with the most idiotic stuff i’ve encountered.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Horrible conditions at this location. Staff were rude and very difficult. I tried to get a refund, ended up being a month long process that was never resolved.

I'll never book this motel again & stay away from this filthy place, this motel should be condemned.

To start the staff was not friendly, they move us 3 times for rooms that had the TV working, no refrigerator or microwave. The rooms had roaches, filthy, smelly (smoke), overall a horrible experience.

Pros:

To be honest there was nothing to like. Shocking that a property like this has a rating equal to Hilton Gardens. Read reviews on google. They are not exaggerations.

Cons:

The front desk agent would not honor the reservation made by Booking.com, kept the full payment for 2 nights and Booking was impossible to reach for support. I had to find another place to stay.

Dirty, lots of roaches on the walls and on the floors. Mold in the bathrooms

Cons:

Roaches crawling on the floors. Mold in the bathroom. Roaches in my bed. Asked for a refund, got a receipt for the refund but it never hit my bank acc. Bank details said it went into a master card. I don’t own any master cards. Might have went to booking.com card because it said that the booking was paid for by booking.com. Called booking. Com support. Was on hold for 2 hours when the wait time was 30 mins. Than got hung up on by one of booking.com representatives

All surfaces filthy to appoint my girlfriend, and I purchased cleaning supplies to do it ourselves
When we informed staff, we were shrugged away

The room was a very goo distance from the UC the room its self was ok it was just the bathroom
