The entire stay start to finish. Upon arrival I wasn’t given the room that was booked. Said that the only room available was that room. Didn’t argue the fact. Go to room air didn’t work. Sent maintenance & was told it just took time. While I was willing to at least try that,air didn’t get cold until the early morning hours. Then after bringing everything into my room, I spotted old dry blood on multiple surfaces. Was then told I would just get a refund because I was just making things up at this point. Not let me get you another room. Refund or have housekeeper come and clean the surfaces. Very rude and not to mention the price for that room was ridiculous. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!
Paid for a room in full staff stated they did not have a rrom for me closed the window walked away was forced to sleep in my car refused to issue a refund with expedia will not recommend using either one
The room was awful. The bed sheets had stains on them and the mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The walls in the room where dirty it looked like someone had a mud fight and they didn't clean it. Only one towel and a small bar of soap. No coffee or free breakfast like was advertised on the site. These people need to be shut down for health risk.

Parking was bad, no handicap except 1 and it was used by non ha dicap suv.
There is nothing good about that places. Smells bad, customer rep is an india guy that could barely communicate
I never stayed there. I was told I booked the room after 12am in the night so they can't be letting me in until 3pm in the afternoon. I didn't even get a call from anyone later in the day to confirm if I would still be coming over to claim my room, I was stranded that night and I also didnt get a refund.
Only lasted thirty minutes at this hotel. The worst, most horrible experience I’ve ever had. This place is run down, suspicious people walking around the parking lot and the rooms were filthy looking and the a/c in our first room was busted. Asked to be moved to another room and while we were trying to get settled in, I read the reviews on the place and immediately regretted my decision. A couple minutes later, I had to use the restroom and the door wouldn’t close. Lo and behold, the door was busted and it looked like someone tried kicking it in. That was my last straw. I read how this motel doesn’t offer refunds so I didn’t even bother asking. I just returned the key and left to a La Quinta. I don’t usually stay at these types of motels but I was in a hurry to find something cheap and never again will I make this mistake.
The smell of the room was HORRIBLE!! A cross between sewer gas and dog urine. Never again!! Just because this hotel chain is cheap doesn't mean it should be this bad.
Customer service needs to be addressed. Facility outdated. Blood on walls. Would not recommend.
The patients of the front desk staff and their fresh coffee in the morning.
The security of the windows and the personal space that wasn't considered for myself and my vehicle by the maintenance personal. But overall great, so far.
