Cons:

When I booked, my most important filter is "Pet Friendly", and this property popped up. It was three miles from my meeting the following day. However, when I arrived the first thing I see is a sign stating "NO PETS". Beyond angry right now!!! There is no refund, and now have to pay almost triple for a room on short notice, it's late, and I have to drive 25miles to my next hotel.
GET IT TOGETHER! Im about to quit using this platform!!

THE HORRIFIC TIME AT MOTEL 6.
Cons:

I booked a room, received confirmation and upon arrival they didn't have any rooms. I also am ADA and sent a message for ADA accommodations-NOTHING.

Actually there was another person who booked at this place who was there before me and didn't receive a room either.

I sent in a complaint: still no response.

Find someplace else to stay.....sleeping in your car would be better.

Dirty! Spots on the wall ! Looked like it wasn’t cleaned in days! Dogs barking all night . Not a safe spot if you want to bring family or even at all!

it wasn't good - I would not stay here again and at minimum I should get a discount / credit.
Pros:

I liked that the A/C cooling and heating worked.
The room was clean.

Cons:

1) Wifi / Internet didn't work one single time during my stay. Given this was a business trip, it was an issue.
I tried on various occasions to get it to work and alerted front desk (lucy) when I arrived and nothing happened or changed. Thankfully there was a starbucks nearby so I could do my work - but that cost a lot of money in buying coffee that I didn't need to do.
2) The sheets & duvet I had seemed to be clean but had blood spots all over them.
3) 2 out of the 3 lights in the room didn't work.
I did not alert front desk to 2) & 3) because there was no action on 1)

It was really bad but the staff was really nice.

Cons:

I couldn’t use multiple amenities and I never received a discount I was told I was supposed to receive because of the amenities being out.
