The night the lights went out at motel 6 runburg!!! Lol

Well I guess the front desk lady quit in the middle of her shift. People everywhere locked out of there rooms lots of drama. They said we hadn't paid for our room tried to kick us out threatened to call the cops on us. It was a whole lot of unnecessary stress. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is cause of the location and they dont charge a deposit and they r pet friendly and don't give me a hard time about my pets.

I didn’t stay there and Emma
Pros:

Nothing and I requested to have them switch me to a different Motel 6, and the person at the counter said that all he could do was check me in or cancel the reservation, and so I called customer service and they said I had to talk to the Motel 6 employee? It was a run around and the employee said that booking.com just tries not to do the work necessary to handle things like this?

Cons:

It is in a bad section of town, lots of drug use, robbery, and murders occur here. It did t even have the sign lit up. The construction on IH-35 also makes it almost impossible to get to. There was no way I was going to stay there at that Motel 6, so I left and stayed in my car for the night.

The staff is very polite respectfully communicates gets things done and it's highly manner.

Cons:

The pool is not able to be used and it's 93 degrees at 11 pm in Texas. That's illegal can't get in the pool at a hotel room you rented. Pp arj.
