Cons:

They gave me the wrong room without a bathtub, and charged me a $30 fee, to which the staff stated on the reservation that I would be reimbursed, which did not happen, yet.
Unimpressed that I stated was also for an anniversary, and there wasn't even anything that was of service for that either.

Pros:

Loved the staff they were super friendly and helpful i couldn't get a wifi signal in the room they put me in so without question they switched me to a better room

Cons:

The rooms can be a little more.clean but not really a big complaint
