We had a really nice stay at Byron Quarter Apartments.

A wonderful apartment , spacious and modern
Pros:

Fabulous apartment . We were only staying for one night but could happily have stayed all week . Friendly service , clean and modern apartment and very spacious

Central & comfortable & welcoming!
Pros:

Central yet quiet position. Spacious apartment.
Generous supply of basics, including lovely crockery, coffee machine & gorgeous toiletries. The management & staff could not have been more helpful & inviting 😊

Cons:

Nothing…it also has a great restaurant underneath.

Great apartment but noisy with construction works
Pros:

The one bedroom apartment was everything you needed. Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The construction noise next door was really loud, a crane was operating outside our room from 7am all day meaning the balcony was unusable.

There is one line mentioning the works in the actual apartment description online which I only found after searching for it when the crane started on our first morning. It wasn't clear when booking.

Pros:

Fantastic location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, yet quiet at night. Lovely, spacious appartment with a nice balcony.

Cons:

Office was closed when arrived Saturday noon and was a bit of a mission to check in. Online check-in was available but didn't work, site was unable to submit for some reason.
