Sijainti, huoneen siisteys, ilmastointi.

Cons:

Ulkoterassit upeat, tosin niissä huomioitiin pääasiassa ruokailijat. Hotelli vieraita, jotka eivät ruokailleet, ei huomioitu lainkaan. Juoman kyllä sai jos itse tilasi baarista. Muutamana iltana emme päässeet lainkaan nauttimaan merestä ja ilta-auringosta terassille. Hotellin alueelle, esim. paikoitus alueele rannan suuntaan voisi rakentaa alueen, jossa tuoleja ja pöytiä jossa hotelli vieraat voisi nauttia merestä ja auringosta. Näin ei ruokailevat asiakkaat saisivat vastinetta maksaneesta majoituksesta.

Der Service und das Hotelzimmer waren super! Preis Leistung stimmt absolut.
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist grandios, die Angestellten total freundlich und kompetent, die Matratze ist sehr gut, Kaffeezubehör und Kühlschrank konnte ich sehr gut gebrauchen, auch die Lage ist sehr gut, das Essen im Restaurant ist exzellent, das Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Buslinie 98 nicht direkt vom Hotel zum Hafen fährt, auch der Fernseher könnte mehr Programme oder eine Mediathek bieten.

Красивий готель на березі моря, неймовірні краєвиди, вишуканий стиль, ввічливий персонал, розташування біля порту , є невеличкий, затишний пляж , йти 2 хвилини , це супер. Ми отримали купу класних вражень від цього готелю. Також поруч є багато різних ресторанів. Сніданок в готелі смачний

Cons:

Якщо хочете До центрального пляжу Ніцци , то треба їхати автобусом або трамваєм, пішки далеко. І ще побажання - щоб в апартаментах була вішалка для мокрого одягу, бо після моря треба було кудись вішати купальники та рушники.

Faute de mieux dans le coin je recommande mais le rapport qualité prix est peu cohérent.

L’emplacement, le standing d’apparence, le parking

Cons:

Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. Descendre un étage pour remplir ses verres dans une fontaine…
Juste un gel douche en guise de produits de salle de bain : pas de shampoing, démêlant, crème de corps, etc.
Un service minimum en chambre.
Accueil à l’arrivé et au départ très minimaliste.
Les produits sont bons au petit déjeuner mais les tables ne sont pas dressées, les pigeons envahissent la terrasse,
C’est dommage tout cela car j’ai mis le prix pour cette nuit en amoureux et le résultat global est décevant.

Struttura molto bella internamente ed esternamente, con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Molto pulita ed accogliente.
Parcheggio interno comodo e gratuito.

Cons:

Niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse un tantino distante dal centro (25/30 minuti a piedi).
