Super close to the smaller beach where locals are. A lot of space for parking. Very clean and very nice.
Ruime parkeergelegenheid, mooie ligging aan zee. De oude stad is op loopafstand. Monaco is goed te doen met de auto, parkeren kan aan de rand van de stad. Goed ontbijt.
De laadplekken stonden vol auto’s die niet aan het laden waren. Hier deden ze niets aan bij de receptie.

Very nice desk clerk. Could see the water out front. Walked over to the beach and swam in the MED with many other people. Walked everywhere and liked that it was near a few restaurants. Would have come back in 2 weeks, but no vacancy.
In my world the business of a hotel doesn't end with the rental of a room. But apparently that concept has not come to this hotel. You can't come to the restaurant without reservations. You can't borrow or even rent a towel for the beach. Although the employees are pleasant, they are not accommodating.
The hotel was a 16-minute walk from the Old Town. Bus #98 takes you to the Port in just 5 minutes. We specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the beach, and I'm so glad we did! Plage Réserve and Nice's famous restaurant Le Plongeoir are right across from the hotel, and Coco Beach is just an 8-minute walk away. The staff was attentive, and the rooms were clean. The fact that the hotel was converted from an old seminary (priest school) gives the building a tremendous charm! I can safely say this is a hotel I’ll be coming back to again and again.
The only downside I noticed was that there was no space to dry swimsuits. This could be considered and improved in the rooms.

Great location right in front of a free swimming spot. Lovely restaurant, good breakfast, easy parking and lovely staff.

Het ontbijt viel echt tegen , fruit was uitgedroogd , roerei veel te nat en er was weinig keuze en variatie.
