Small but lovely hotel with excellent food and very helpful staff.

The location is rather good because some rooms have a view of the (distant) sea, and it is rather quiet at night. The outdoor and indoor pools filled with thermal water are nice. The breakfast buffet was good!

A lovely friendly hotel - small but perfectly formed rooms- our had a balcony with a sea view - perfectly clean, friendly staff, great food every day and an excellent wine list. Could not have asked for a more perfect stay for the prices - thank you!!

I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about what we would think of this hotel. We have only ever stayed in large hotels, usually on an all-inclusive basis.

This hotel could not be more different from our typical experience. The hotel is very small, and so is our room. However, we are absolutely loving the experience. In a way, it feels like stepping back in time to how hotels used to be. The size of the hotel and the smaller number of guests make the experience feel far more personal and welcoming.

We didn’t expect much from the evening meal. We booked through Voyage Privé, and the total cost of the package left us feeling that we would be given only the bare minimum. How wrong we were. Every evening we enjoyed three courses plus dessert. The portions are not huge, but they were certainly enough for us.

I was disappointed to read in another review that you could not have a drink by the pool. This must have changed, as I am currently relaxing on a sunbed with a limoncello spritz while writing this review.

We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean, the food is good, and it is conveniently located close to the harbour.

This is our first experience booking through Voyage Privé, but it certainly won’t be our last.

Charmant petit hôtel tout en hauteur avec personnel sympa niché dans un environnement calme, très propre, piscine extérieure d'eau thermale à 33-34 degrés et piscine intérieure(non utilisée) ouvertes jusqu'à 20h.Petits-déjeuners très variés sous forme de buffet,repas midi et soir (2 menus au choix ).
Clientèle plutôt âgée mais convient aux couples plus jeunes

L'hotel si trova in una posizione abbastanza centrale e hanno a disposizione una navetta gratuita che ti porta al centro di Ischia Porto.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, una nota di merito a Francesco che ci ha accolto e fornito tutte le informazioni utili e necessarie.
La stanza era ampia e pulita.
Abbiamo usufruito della zona spa e relax interna, piccola ma accogliente.

This hotel has pros and cons. Rooms super small. They were not customer first oriented. We asked for ice for our room and were told the ice is only for lounge cocktails. We asked to switch rooms as we had a tiny room and were staying for a week. They said we could switch the next day and then were told the next day we couldn’t. Ivan at the front desk had a definite superiority attitude. He knew we were unhappy but didn’t care. We asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t come out of his office. It was laughable. We had to let it go as not to ruin our vacation. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely but upon closer inspection were not super clean. We went with an air Canada vacations as a package.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the city centre which we enjoyed but may not be for everyone. They have a shuttle schedule available as well. Max in the dining room works very hard. Breakfast was the same everyday. Could have used some variety. Homemade feta was delicious.

Rooms and common areas were clean. Not a bad hotel but definitely has room for improvements.
