Hotel Bellevue Benessere & Relax

Charmant petit hôtel tout en hauteur avec personnel sympa niché dans un environnement calme, très propre, piscine extérieure d'eau thermale à 33-34 degrés et piscine intérieure(non utilisée) ouvertes jusqu'à 20h.Petits-déjeuners très variés sous forme de buffet,repas midi et soir (2 menus au choix ).
Clientèle plutôt âgée mais convient aux couples plus jeunes

L'hotel si trova in una posizione abbastanza centrale e hanno a disposizione una navetta gratuita che ti porta al centro di Ischia Porto.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, una nota di merito a Francesco che ci ha accolto e fornito tutte le informazioni utili e necessarie.
La stanza era ampia e pulita.
Abbiamo usufruito della zona spa e relax interna, piccola ma accogliente.

This hotel has pros and cons. Rooms super small. They were not customer first oriented. We asked for ice for our room and were told the ice is only for lounge cocktails. We asked to switch rooms as we had a tiny room and were staying for a week. They said we could switch the next day and then were told the next day we couldn’t. Ivan at the front desk had a definite superiority attitude. He knew we were unhappy but didn’t care. We asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t come out of his office. It was laughable. We had to let it go as not to ruin our vacation. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely but upon closer inspection were not super clean. We went with an air Canada vacations as a package.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the city centre which we enjoyed but may not be for everyone. They have a shuttle schedule available as well. Max in the dining room works very hard. Breakfast was the same everyday. Could have used some variety. Homemade feta was delicious.

Rooms and common areas were clean. Not a bad hotel but definitely has room for improvements.

The room we had an amazing view over the port of ischia although about 10 mins away . There is a shuttle bus which takes you the town which is beautiful and really quite busy

Waiter max was brilliant and extremely well knowledgeable about the different dishes/ it’s a set menu so you might want to eat out if not your choice

The port of ischia is located right next to it perfect for the boats to Capri and Amalfi x thanks for your kindness x daren and sue x
