Não gostei do quarto atribuído (segundo andar), lado cidade.
Tv muito pequena e num ângulo desfavorável à posição da cama o que afeta a qualidade de visualização e imagem.
A água quente leva muito tempo a aquecer. Deduzo que será um problema generalizado nos quartos do segundo andar.
Ar Condicionado liga mas não funcionou.
Vou equacionar uma próxima vez este hotel pois nas anteriores estadias fiquei muito satisfeita no entanto, se a experiência voltar a ser apenas satisfatória, provavelmente não regresso.
Pequeno almoço mantém a qualidade para a categoria do hotel.
Staff, mantém a simpatia e disponibilidade de sempre.

Hotel muito acolhedor e bem localizado na Lagoa. Com dois restaurante pertos (acessíveis a pé e a curta distância). Estacionamento disponível.
Quarto com espaço suficiente, muito limpo.

Really nice stay overall, staff amazing and helpful. Breakfast had enough options. I strongly recommend a room with a balcony.

Sabia da existência do hotel mas nunca tinha optado por este. Até hoje dada a conveniência e propósito da viagem. A verdade é que não me arrependo e muito provavelmente irei regressar.

Foi uma reserva efetuada com muita antecedência numa das plataformas digitais, por um valor excelente no entanto, pelo que noto atualmente, sugiro sempre um contato direto com o hotel.

Comodidades:
Quarto: Simples mas bem equipado. Tem AC, pequeno Frigo (sem mini bar), TV e mobiliário suficiente para acomodação da bagagem etc.
Sem fechadura eletrónica.
Casa de banho privativa ok

Some of the cleaning staff need to be aware of guests still sleeping as they're usually chatting when cleaning the rooms.

Super hôtel, propre, bien placé, personnel d'une grande gentillesse très serviable, souriant, à quelques pas de la mer, au calme, possibilité de parking à l'intérieur (1er arrivé, 1er servi), si complet, parking aisé dans la rue.

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel pour aller visiter l'île. Personnel Très attentionné. Par contre, humidité dans la chambre et aucun petit frigo.

Das Personal des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Egal ob Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten, Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Reservierungen und allgemein der Service war einfach sehr gut.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were all really friendly and the service was great. The position of the hotel was near to a supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to two really nice beaches. The only negative I have the the hotel was that our room was next to the road so we had noise from motorbikes going by and there seemed to be a couple of dogs barking quite a bit.
