Pros:

Très bon hôtel surtout pour l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Hôtel familial au calme . Petit déjeuner excellent . La parking privé est un plus .

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre sur le jardin , sans balcon un peu humide. La climatisation ou un ventilateur serait appréciable.
Le prix un peu élevé mais tout est plus cher à Furnas .

Good budget option in Furnas close to everything
Pros:

Gorgeous view! Great location, close to everything in town. Keep in mind if you have mobility issues, you need to walk up a steep hill for about 2 minutes each time you come back. The staff was phenomenal! Friendly, answered all our questions, gave tips, and always had a smiling face. Convenient breakfast. The outdoor space was very welcome in the evening. Plentiful parking and we had two rental cars. Great to have a mini-fridge in the room for grocery purchases. Excellent to have a pool, but be prepared for the cool temperature.

Cons:

With the lack of air conditioning and the high humidity in Furnas, it was quite difficult to be comfortable while sleeping or to dry out swimsuits and towels. Consider packing a personal fan for some air movement if this will bother you. Our room had an ant problem and it was dealt with quickly by staff, but did occur for two days.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there was no air-conditioning. The staff did give us a big fan for the room, which mostly did the job

Bella la vista, posto tranquillissimo dove veramente ti puoi rilassare.
La camera viene pulita ogni giorno in maniera eccellente.

Cons:

Per il prezzo proposto, struttura un po’ anziana con pochi spunti di modernità e soprattutto pochi servizi a disposizione.
Letto enorme, ma un po datato e scomodo.

Emplacement en hauteur mais bon séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement qui offre une belle vue, la parking gratuit, la piscine un.peu froide mais on y rentre bien, la chambre était confortable, la salle du petit déjeuner offre une belle vue sur la ville et la montagne, le billard en libre accès.

Cons:

L'absence d'eau chaude quand il n'y a pas soleil.
