In brief, it was the worst stay that I’ve had at a Hilton property.

We arrived and the desk staff was new - that’s okay, but she was clearly untrained. She repeatedly told us that she didn’t know anything when we asked questions.

The shuttle was relatively inflexible - we had trouble getting clarity and ultimately had to book on an earlier shuttle than we needed

When we got up to the room, the shower did not work. I called the desk but she said that we needed to wait until her co-worker got back from break. There was no attempt to contact anyone proactively. Ultimately, we got it working but without hot water.

In the morning, we requested a to go container for breakfast since our shuttle was 630am. We were told that “we don’t do individual room service and breakfast started at 6,” so we were basically out of luck. The kitchen lead was more helpful & got us some foil. In the end, it didn’t matter because the breakfast was inedible.

I travel often for work. I have stayed at a lot of airport hotels and Hilton property. At the minimum, they offer:
- trained staff
- working rooms
- a functional shuttle that can hold the number of people needed
- to go options for breakfast for early flights (the best ones pre-pack then for you)

This hotel got every one of these basics wrong.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Judy and Joanna, the hospitality duo always call me by first name which makes me feel at home. The front desk people are nice also such as Zeb and Robin. The housekeeping staff have been very accomodating with my work hours.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times using the park and fly option. Our last stay was February 9. We were checked in by Vince who was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room, a king suite, was nice, roomy and quiet. The shuttle the next morning to the airport was prompt and had a friendly driver. Upon returning to Pittsburgh, Vince picked us up immediately after we retrieved our luggage and took us right to our car in the hotel parking lot! The weather was bad and we are older so we appreciate his thoughtfulness. ( Thanks Vince!). We soon realized our key Fob was dead and we could not unlock our car. Robin at the front desk went above and beyond to try and help us! ( Thanks Robin).

I always stay at this location because of the excellent customer service. They are very fast at getting you checked in and they take very good careof you. The entire staff does but special shout out to employee Vince. Every time I arrive this guy provides the best service you could ever for very polite, very friendly and quick to help with whatever I need. Thank you for the great customer service.

The night clerk was rude and was on a personal call almostvthe entire time he was checking us in.

Premises was not clean, my toilet was leak

Very friendly service clean facilities.

Clean room. Ample parking. Good breakfast.

The stay was good, we stayed for a family weekend

there were shops very nearby. The room was amazing. the only turnoff was the condition of the carpet in our room and the hallway. Many stains/spots so gave the impression it was very dirty. Only negative for us but we were there for less than 12 hours. Very easy access to airport.

My husband and I had our 4 year old granddaughter, who lives in Pittsburgh, stay all night with us at hotel with plans of enjoying the pool. It was too cold to enjoy.
Front desk said pool was set at 82 degrees. I bought a pool thermometer and checked temp several days we were there. It was really 75 degrees.
After returning home, I received an email from management saying they were waiting on a part for the Heat Exchange and that " Pool temperature is not a mandated item to have heaters
at all pools."

Saddens me that I cannot recapture the time with my grandchild.

Needs upgrades.

Everything was great.

Our suite had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen clean and stocked with enough utensils dishes etc. Even the sofa was comfortable, which is rare. We had complimentary snacks and sodas in our Premium Suite. Texts daily from management asking if anything was needed. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Our stay was a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The rest of the room was very clean and spacious. Definitely worth the price and would stay again.

A very convenient to Pittsburgh airport. Comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was nicely updated

I used online check in. Had to get my key at the desk.

We spent a night there on the way from Toronto to NC. It was late when we got there so we had to navigate some twists and turns to get there, so be mindful of that if you travel late. But the hotel was nice. Ample free parking. The rooms are super large with all the amenities you good want. There is no separate area for the living and sleeping spaces so be aware of that. The only issues were the shower wasn’t working properly. I had to do some maneuvering of the handles to get it to come on. And the ice maker started to make loud noises in the middle of the night. So loud we had to basically turn it off to stop it from keeping us up. Otherwise the stay was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was off the beaten path but safe. And the rate was wonderful! Recommend of you’re in the area.

The HVAC system rattled for days.

The price was great! Very family friendly. My children loved the board games :)
