Premises was not clean, my toilet was leak

The night clerk was rude and was on a personal call almostvthe entire time he was checking us in.

The stay was good, we stayed for a family weekend

Clean room. Ample parking. Good breakfast.

Very friendly service clean facilities.

there were shops very nearby. The room was amazing. the only turnoff was the condition of the carpet in our room and the hallway. Many stains/spots so gave the impression it was very dirty. Only negative for us but we were there for less than 12 hours. Very easy access to airport.

My husband and I had our 4 year old granddaughter, who lives in Pittsburgh, stay all night with us at hotel with plans of enjoying the pool. It was too cold to enjoy.
Front desk said pool was set at 82 degrees. I bought a pool thermometer and checked temp several days we were there. It was really 75 degrees.
After returning home, I received an email from management saying they were waiting on a part for the Heat Exchange and that " Pool temperature is not a mandated item to have heaters
at all pools."

Saddens me that I cannot recapture the time with my grandchild.

Needs upgrades.

Everything was great.

Our suite had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen clean and stocked with enough utensils dishes etc. Even the sofa was comfortable, which is rare. We had complimentary snacks and sodas in our Premium Suite. Texts daily from management asking if anything was needed. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Our stay was a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The rest of the room was very clean and spacious. Definitely worth the price and would stay again.

I used online check in. Had to get my key at the desk.

We spent a night there on the way from Toronto to NC. It was late when we got there so we had to navigate some twists and turns to get there, so be mindful of that if you travel late. But the hotel was nice. Ample free parking. The rooms are super large with all the amenities you good want. There is no separate area for the living and sleeping spaces so be aware of that. The only issues were the shower wasn’t working properly. I had to do some maneuvering of the handles to get it to come on. And the ice maker started to make loud noises in the middle of the night. So loud we had to basically turn it off to stop it from keeping us up. Otherwise the stay was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was off the beaten path but safe. And the rate was wonderful! Recommend of you’re in the area.

The HVAC system rattled for days.

The price was great! Very family friendly. My children loved the board games :)

Many good dining options in the area, but you do need to drive to them. Quick access to the airport.

We stay at Hilton all the time and particularly choose the Homewood when we can because of the kitchen, the breakfast and the comfy beds. This Homewood was a real disappointment. The room had an odd smell when we came in. It did not smell clean or fresh. We later discovered that the dishwasher was full of
dishes, just disgusting! Who knows how long they had been there, but clearly the cleaning staff did not check to see if the dishwasher had been emptied. When my husband went to the front desk to tell them about this the person at the front desk handed him a dishwasher pod and barely reacted, didn't act surprised at all, almost like this has happened before? - didn't offer to make it better. No sense of what customer service means. Once the dishwasher ran the smell seemed to go away - again so DISGUSTING!.
At breakfast, the eggs were clearly powdered and floating in water. again DISGUSTING. This is the first time we have had such low quality food at a Hilton.
The pullout couch was awful - barely any substance to the mattress and the sheets were paper thin. When we went to pull out the couch it was covered with a slip cover and underneath was a filthy, old, stained couch. Again DISGUSTING!
As for our King Size Bed it definitely did not meet the Hilton standard. It was not comfortable and plush like you usually get at a Hilton. It was sagging and uncomfortable. My husband and I did not sleep well. The 3 of us ended up with sore backs and a headache.
This experience was not good from top to bottom. We are so disappointed in this Hilton. The cost to rent the room was not cheap and it was definitely not worth the money we paid. We will not stay at this property again! Hilton should be disappointed in this property and how it has gone downhill. What a shame!
But there are more chains to choose from.
