Pros:

Het ontbijt was redelijk tot goed.

Cons:

Zeer gedateerd kamers en faciliteiten. Eigenlijk past de waardering niet (meer) bij de huidige staat van het hotel. Wij hebben ons verlies genomen en hebben de 2e nacht in een ander hotel overnacht. Deze was niet duurder en duidelijk beter. Annuleren van de tweede nacht was niet mogelijk volgens de receptie.

Happy at the Best Western in Manado, but unhappy in Makassar. Breakfast was good. Thankfully, it was just one night!
Pros:

The location was fair in a good central area of the city. The staff were polite and helpful in attending to the guests’ needs.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms were somewhat rundown, and the air conditioning was poor, in spite of a room change. The walls were thin too, as kids in the next room could be heard (that would include heavy snoring guests!). The facilities were adequate, but the towels did have a odour of bleach to them.

Pros:

Good location, very nice personnel. Very good Indonesian breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel could use an overall renovation/modernisation. Western breakfast could be smaller but better.

Great Stay!
Pros:

The hotel is located not far from where the hustle and bustle is about. Very nice location. Rooms are quite big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is top notch.

Cons:

Although the room is big and beds are comfy, it feels old and starts to smell like old interior.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient Stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable hotel with courteous and helpful staff. About 30 minutes from the airport and conveniently located close to the city centre. The breakfast was nice with a good selection. A pleasant stay and a good choice for a short visit.

Un hébergement très confortable mais oubliez l'idée du repas du midi ou du soir !
Pros:

Un hébergement de qualité. Un petit déjeuner très varié.

Cons:

La restauration est proche de la catastrophe. Par rapport au menu proposé, un choix très réduit mais surtout une information difficile à obtenir ! Le délai était aussi long que le choix était réduit !
