Pros:

We were made very welcome by friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were a good size and huge comfy bed. Nice walk in shower too.
The bonus was having a secure room to leave our belongs so we didn't have to lug them around all day.

Cons:

Nothing wrong at all.

Comfortable city centre location with fantastic travel connectivity and attractions on the doorstep.
Pros:

The central location was excellent being so near to railway station and bus station. This meant easy access to city centre and then all the attractions are within easy walking distance. We did not do the breakfast option as there are so many places to eat nearby. The hotel decor in the lounge area was colourful and vibrant, it makes for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Some of the signage seemed a bit out of place, one example was the reception sign located halfway down a corridor instead of at a corridor junction.

Didn’t have the privilege
Pros:

Didn’t get a chance to stay there. Got a message on my way to say they had a water leak !! Then bumped us into their other hotel which would not have been my choice
