Hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht und wurden in ein kleines Zimmer mit Oberlicht/Blick auf engen Hinterhof gesteckt (bloß nicht diese Zimmer buchen!!!) Auf meine Reklamation hieß es, die Info sei von booking.com nicht übermittelt worden und ein Stadtblick sei nicht vorhanden. Ein Upgrade ebensowenig… Wir erhielten Blick nach hinten, in einem Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug, der uns die ganze Nacht durch aufweckte, 25€ Gutschrift und Getränkegutscheine. Alles in allem enttäuschend und kein guter Service.

Smaller rooms than I remember

Excellent location . Comfortable beds

Hard to regulate temp in room . Breakfast room was very warm . No signage to indicate painting was in progress as hallways looked a little rough

Het hotel zit op een prachtige locatie aan Princess street en dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ook de lobby/bar was gezellig met een ruime selectie aan gin.
