Pros:

Gute Lage am Rand der Old Town; sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; einfaches, aber leckeres Frühstück (Croissant, Ei im Glas und ein Kaffee nach Wahl) im angeschlossenen Café; wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

We always enjoy our stay at Baan Suwantawe whenever we visit Phuket Town!
Pros:

Everything! Good location, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, a very pleasant coffee shop & friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a safe in the room!

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, grosse Zimmer, schönes Bad und ein sehr bequemes Bett..

Cons:

Das Frühstück besteht aus Tee oder Kaffee, ( der sehr gut ist ) 1 Croisant und 2 hart gekochte Eier im Glas. Statt den Eiern wären frische Früchte oder ein zweites Croisant passender.

Die Lage des Hotels war top, man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und ein 7eleven ist direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Es war etwas laut durch die Straße. Das Frühstück war wirklich ein Witz. Es gab zwei Eier, ein Croissant und ein Heißgetränk ansonsten nichts dazu. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt oder außerhalb etwas zu frühstücken kauft ist es okay

Belle chambre - confortable

Cons:

À l'arrivée dans notre chambre, la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée : grands cheveux noirs partout au sol et dans la douche ! Avons demandé au gérant de communiquer avec nous. La dame au comptoir a ramassé les cheveux parterre sans plus ! Toujours sans nouvelles du gérant à ce jour !

Netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber und ok.
Lage gut, nightmarket,ATM und Einkauf in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Frühstück war um 6:45 leider noch nicht verfügbar....eine unausgeschlafene,genervte Angestellte hat nicht Mal einen Kaffee angeboten. Das kennen wir anders aus Thailand...

Pros:

Great place to stay with families and the location is just walkable from the Phuket Old Town which is the main attraction in Phuket with weekend market around and has great restaurants near by.Also the property is very neat and well maintained. Definitely worth for the amount

Cons:

We asked for an extra blanket for which they asked 150 Bhat for a night which i felt was crazy. Apart from this everything else was awesome

Belle piscine mais chambre vraiment pas top
Pros:

L’emplacement à 2 pas du marché de nuit et du quartier old Phuket. La piscine est tres agréable également !

Cons:

Chambre 309 : odeur d’humidité, chambre très sombre et des travaux sous la fenêtre qui démarraient à 8h le matin…. Literie assez dure

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage, gute Zimmer und schöne Lobby

Cons:

Ich habe ein Studio mit Doppelbett gebucht. Bekommen habe ich separate Betten, als ich dies reklamiert habe hat mir die Angestellte in der Lobby gesagt das das Zimmer mit Doppelbett schon ausgebucht war. Ich hab also nicht bekommen was ich gebucht habe und die Dame war nicht sonderlich bemüht sich dafür zu entschuldigen oder das Problem zu lösen.
